Position Summary

This position will be responsible for strategic multiple people functions and partnership with the global people and culture team to ensure the strategies and initiatives are met.  In this high-impact role, you’ll partner closely with the Director of Talent Acquisition to design scalable processes, leverage data to drive decisions, and deliver a best-in-class candidate experience.  This role is based in Boston, MA and follows a hybrid work model, with in-office work Monday through Thursday and remote work on Fridays. Occasional travel may be required for interviews, recruiting events, or stakeholder meetings.
 The salary range for this role is $115,000-$135,000 with a 10% annual performance bonus potential.
 
What You’ll Do
 <ul>
<li>Lead and optimize talent acquisition operations, including reporting, systems, vendor management, and process efficiency.</li>
<li>Manage, coach, and develop a high-performing TA Operations team.</li>
<li>Partner with Marketing & Communications to strengthen employer brand and talent attraction strategies.</li>
<li>Build and analyze KPIs, team performance metrics, and market insights to guide decision-making.</li>
<li>Design and deliver training programs for hiring managers to improve hiring outcomes.</li>
<li>Oversee key programs including onboarding WinnStarts, background checks, and employee referrals.</li>
<li>Manage recruiting forecasts, budgets, and monthly re-projections.</li>
<li>Advise leaders and hiring managers on hiring challenges and workforce strategies.</li>
<li>Collaborate cross-functionally on broader Talent Management initiatives.</li>
<li>Partner with Learning & Development to onboard and train TA team members.</li>
<li>Support campus recruiting strategies and university partnerships.</li>
<li>Champion a consistent, positive candidate experience across all touchpoints.</li>
<li>Lead special projects and adapt to evolving business needs.</li>
</ul>
What You Bring
 <ul>
<li>5+ years of recruiting experience across high-volume exempt and non-exempt roles in a corporate or agency environment.</li>
<li>Background in industries such as property management, construction/skilled trades, hospitality, retail, service, or healthcare.</li>
<li>2+ years of experience leading or managing Talent Acquisition professionals.</li>
<li>Proven success building and executing recruiting strategies and improving processes.</li>
<li>Strong analytical and reporting skills using ATS platforms (Dayforce preferred), LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.</li>
<li>Knowledge of employer branding, social recruiting, and candidate experience best practices.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of employment laws and HR fundamentals.</li>
<li>Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.</li>
<li>Strategic thinker with strong execution and attention to detail.</li>
<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel occasionally for events, interviews, and stakeholder meetings.</li>
<li>Bachelor’s degree preferred (High School Diploma or GED required).</li>
<li>Experience with candidate or hiring manager surveys is a plus.</li>
