 RESPONSIBILITIES:

 Provide administrative support to the Executive Director, including calendar management, scheduling, and correspondence
 </li>

 Assist with donor communications, database updates, and development-related administrative tasks
 </li>
 <li>
 Prepare meeting materials, track action items, and coordinate logistics for meetings and events
 </li>
 <li>
 Support planning and coordination of organizational events and donor engagement activities
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain organized digital and physical records, documents, and reports
 </li>
 <li>
 Provide general operational and administrative support to ensure efficient day-to-day functioning
 </li>

 QUALIFICATIONS:

 Administrative support experience in a professional office environment

 Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail

 COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS:
 
 
 
 This position offers an hourly pay range of
