About the role

About the Role
We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to lead our social media initiatives, oversee a growing team, and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing effective social media strategies, executing high-performing campaigns, and driving brand awareness, audience engagement, and lead generation across multiple digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities<ul><li>
Develop and implement social media strategies that support overall business and marketing objectives.</li><li>
Supervise, mentor, and guide a team of social media specialists, content creators, and graphic designers.</li><li>
Plan, create, and manage engaging content for platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, X (Twitter), TikTok, and other relevant channels.</li><li>
Execute and optimize both paid and organic social media campaigns to increase reach, engagement, lead generation, and conversions.</li><li>
Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement improvements to maximize results and return on investment.</li><li>
Coordinate with marketing, sales, and creative teams to ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms.</li><li>
Stay informed about the latest social media trends, platform updates, and digital marketing best practices.</li><li>
Manage advertising budgets effectively and monitor campaign spending.</li><li>
Prepare regular performance reports highlighting campaign insights, audience growth, and lead generation outcomes.</li></ul>
Qualifications &amp; Requirements<ul><li>
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related discipline.</li><li>
5&ndash;6 years of experience in social media marketing, including at least 1&ndash;2 years in a team leadership or managerial role.</li><li>
Demonstrated success in planning, executing, and optimizing social media campaigns that generate measurable business results.</li><li>
Hands-on experience with digital analytics and advertising platforms such as Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and similar tools.</li><li>
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and project management skills.</li><li>
Creative mindset with the ability to identify emerging trends and develop engaging content strategies.</li><li>
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment while managing multiple priorities.</li></ul></div>
