<b>To thrive in this role, you need to have:</b><br>

<li>10 years of experience in consulting, professional services, business transformation, AI, data, analytics, or related client-facing roles.</li>
<li>Experience shaping or delivering AI, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives.</li>
<li>Strong experience working with clients in the Oil Gas and Utilities sector across the Middle East and Africa.</li>
<li>Proven ability to develop AI strategies, operating models, transformation roadmaps, value cases, and executive-level business narratives.</li>
<li>Experience supporting presales activities including opportunity qualification, solution shaping, proposal development, business cases, and executive stakeholder engagement.</li>
<li>Working knowledge of enterprise AI concepts including large language models, AI agents, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), data readiness, governance, responsible AI, and adoption considerations.</li>
<li>Strong workshop facilitation, stakeholder management, communication, and structured problem-solving skills.</li>
<li>Familiarity with leading cloud and AI platforms such as Azure, AWS, GCP, OpenAI, Anthropic, Databricks, or Snowflake.</li>
<li>Fluency in Arabic and English preferred, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders across the region.</li>
<li>Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.</li>
<li>Willingness to travel across the Middle East and Africa as required.</li>
