Work with sales and supply daily to assure all fixed price deals (daily/weekly/monthly/term) are being billed correctly, hedges remain balanced, and monitor any additional risks involved in fixed pricing (wet hedge, portfolio, etc.)
</li><li>Create and distribute confirms for all deals as well as working to ensure legal receives signs copies of each for filing.</li><li>
Create &amp; maintain P&amp;L sheets in Excel for various hedge risk customers and inventories.</li><li>
Investigate P&amp;L issues in daily business while indexing any risk that either needs to be covered or is otherwise not being handled appropriately.</li><li>
Generate daily/weekly reports on market activity, portfolio performance, and market outlook.</li><li>
Provides ad-hoc analytical support to senior leadership in the form of analysis, reports, and presentations on demand.</li><li>
Employ standardized enhanced Risk Measurement practices into daily, weekly, and/or monthly reporting.</li><li>

The Project Designer is responsible for developing detailed engineering models and drawings for modular safety sensitive compression packages in a plant environment. As a member of an Engineering Project Team in a fast paced, time sensitive manufacturing environment, the ideal candidate will work as a Project Designer executing all aspects of project design.</div></div></div><div><div><div><b>
Principle Responsibilities and Duties</b></div>
</div><div><ul><li>Work directly with project engineers, purchasing, fabrication shop and outside fabricators when issues arise to keep projects moving forward.</li>
<li>Creating complex plant modular compression models.</li>
<li>Generating piping isometric drawings with Isogen with a good understanding of ANSI B31.3 for piping pressure components and pressure boundaries.</li>
<li>Producing detailed design drawings of structural skids, auxiliary drawings and bill of materials lists for the engineering and production functions.</li>
<li>Working closely with our production teams in our fabrication facility to ensure accurate, timely and high-quality units in a safety sensitive environment,</li>
<li>Address issues as needed with internal customers.</li>
<li>Initiate new creative ideas, methods or &ldquo;looks&rdquo; for our designs to make them more cost effective, easier to build and to better meet the needs of the customer.</li>
<li>Implementation of design guidelines, as well as making sure these guidelines are understood and incorporated into projects.</li>
<li>Obtaining feedback from our internal and external customers. Implementing this feedback back into our designs for improvements.</li>

</div><div><ul><li>Five (or more) years designing skid mounted Gas Compression or Power Generation packages.</li>
<li>Proficient using AutoCAD and CADWorx.</li>
<li>Proficient with 3-D CAD design. Ability to visualize in three dimensions.</li>
<li>Thorough knowledge of drafting standards, detailing and dimensioning of various required drawings, P&amp;ID's, and AutoCAD software.</li>
<li>Experience with design of pressure vessels, skid mounted packages and structural design.</li>
<li>Strong creative ability to design and develop mechanical equipment.</li>
<li>Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and to prioritize tasks.</li>
<li>Excellent drafting practices</li>
<li>Good organizational and planning skills</li>
<li>Coordinate with others to accomplish objectives</li>
<li>Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw conclusions</li>
<li>Proficient using complete Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and PC skills.</li>
