Job Summary
Homeside Rehab, a leading provider of home-based rehabilitation and behavioral health services, is seeking Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHCs) and Licensed Clinical Social Workers (LCSWs) to provide high-quality, evidence-based mental health services to pediatric and adolescent patients in the Bronx and Queens, New York. As a Licensed Therapist, you will conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and provide individual, family, and caregiver counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches.
Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, including psychosocial evaluations and diagnostic assessments.</li><li>Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's clinical needs and goals.</li><li>Provide individual, family, and caregiver counseling using evidence-based therapeutic approaches, including CBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness-Based Interventions, Trauma-Informed Care, and other evidence-based treatment modalities.</li><li>Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as appropriate.</li><li>Collaborate with physicians, rehabilitation professionals, social workers, and other members of the interdisciplinary care team.</li><li>Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical documentation, including evaluations, treatment plans, and progress notes.</li><li>Educate patients and families regarding treatment goals and coping strategies.</li><li>Participate in clinical meetings, supervision, and continuing education opportunities.</li><li>Maintain compliance with all federal, state, agency, and ethical standards.</li></ul>
Qualifications<ul><li>Master's degree or higher in Mental Health Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field.</li><li>Active New York State LMHC or LCSW license in good standing.</li><li>Experience providing therapy services to children and adolescents.</li><li>Strong clinical assessment and diagnostic skills.</li><li>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently in patients' homes while maintaining professional standards.</li></ul>
