What You'll Do:
<ul><li>Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by following site-specific security-related procedures, access guidelines, and emergency response instructions as needed.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the commercial property, including interior common areas, exterior grounds, and perimeter points, documenting observations per post orders.</li>

<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, coordinating with property management and/or local responders when appropriate.</li>
<li>Complete required reports such as patrol logs, incident reports, and shift activity summaries, using Allied Universal reporting tools and site procedures.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:

<ul><li>Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and contractors by carrying out Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.</li>
<li>Conduct regular and random patrols throughout commercial property common areas, parking areas, and building perimeters to help to deter unwanted activity and/or policy violations.</li>
<li>Monitor access points, verify identification and/or authorization as required, and assist with visitor management and directional guidance.</li>
<li>Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including coordinating with property management and/or local responders as needed.</li>
<li>Complete routine reports and document patrol observations, incidents, and maintenance concerns, and communicate updates to Allied Universal supervision and site contacts.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:
<ul><li>Possess a New York State Security Guard License.</li>
<li>Be 21+ years of age.</li>
<li>Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.</li>
<li>Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.</li>
<li>Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.</li>
<li>As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.</li>
<li>Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.</li>
