Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

   5-7 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, consulting, or pre-sales technical advisory roles supporting complex sales solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   MSP, MSSP or consulting experience preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Deep understanding of cybersecurity domains: risk management, security architecture, threat intelligence, IAM, Zero Trust, cloud security, and incident response frameworks.
  </li>
  <li>
   Familiarity with security tools and services, vulnerability management, and endpoint security
  </li>
  <li>
   Proven ability to accelerate deal cycles by providing actionable guidance during discovery and validation
  </li>
  <li>
   Expertise in translating technical security concepts into business impact and ROI
  </li>
  <li>
   Exceptional relationship-building and collaboration skills, both with internal teams and external customers

 Thrive is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The salary range for this role is $150k to $175k annually.  A candidate&rsquo;s salary is determined by various factors, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, location and certifications.
