 WIN Waste Innovations is looking for a Fuel and Ash Hander II who can help monitor and operate auxiliary equipment to maintain safe, efficient and continuous plant operations. The Fuel and Ash Handler will perform maintenance and minor repairs to ash handling, tipping floor and other assigned auxiliary systems. Duties may include but are not limited to sweeping, shoveling, painting, housekeeping, and some minor repairs of equipment.

  Responsibilities

   Inspects and Operates light mobile equipment in support of facility operations and maintenance such as forklift, skid steer, aerial platform, sweeper and golf cart. Fueling activities in support of equipment operations
  </li>
  <li>
   Material handling of combined ash, residue, non-ferrous metals and ferrous metals as required. May involve loading of trucks for shipment
  </li>
  <li>
   Supports facility outage through boiler cleaning as assigned to include areas such as APC equipment ducts, grate, ash extractors and conveyor cleanouts. Scaffold cleaning as required
  </li>
  <li>
   Applies mechanical knowledge and skills sufficient to perform routine tasks such as opening vessels and equipment access doors, placing and removing furnace access equipment, overhead protection and staging, operating power tools and performing minor repairs to plant equipment and structures
  </li>

   Light maintenance such as plumbing, masonry, pipe fitting, small engine maintenance, carpentry and use of manual and power hand tools
  </li>

   Maintains and follows all Company environmental compliance, health and safety requirements, policies, procedures and rules.

The Payroll and Accounting Specialist is responsible for processing payroll, recording financial transactions, monitoring and maintaining certain aspects of the general ledger. Because the general ledger is the main source of financial information for Health Care for the Homeless, this role is key to ensuring operational and financial effectiveness.</p><div></div><p><b><br>
Key Role Responsibilities</b></p><div><ul><li>
Effectively and accurately perform general accounting functions related to payroll, patient A/R, retirement, credit card processing, and balance sheet account reconciliations.</li><li>
Process bi-weekly payroll and maintain compliance for required payroll reports, such as payrolls, payroll accruals, 941s, and W-2s</li><li>
Enter patient A/R receipts received electronically and as live checks into the general ledger</li><li>
Enter non-patient cash receipts into the general ledger on a daily basis</li><li>
Responsible for the monthly reconciliation process of all company credit cards including upload into the general ledger</li><li>
Journal entries postings</li><li>
Assist with any outside financial and pension audits and annual form 5500</li><li>
Act as backup for A/P Clerk with regards to entry of accounts payable and processing of vendor payments and credit memos.</li><li>
