Responsibilities

<li>Assist with and execute daily warehouse duties under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, Procurement Manager, Executive Chef and Food Operations Manager.</li>
<li>Oversee the warehouse team and duties in the manager’s absence.</li>
<li>Assist in communication with vendors and other departments.</li>
<li>Remain knowledgeable and on the foresight of and managing in accordance with applicable local, state and federal laws.</li>
<li>Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.</li>
<li>Maintain efficient centralized warehousing operation by establishing control procedures for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies and assist in maintaining this supply system.</li>
<li>Ensure SSAfety standards are met by upholding training and daily operational expectations for department staff.</li>
<li>Supervise receipt, storage and distribution of supplies and equipment in large, centralized warehousing operations.</li>
<li>Supervise maintenance of facilities, material handling, equipment, and inventory warehousing control systems, manual or automated.</li>

Previous Experience

<li>Background in receiving, storing, inventory and distribution of food & beverage in hotel, entertainment or cultural attraction venue a plus.</li>

Primary responsible are shipping and receiving materials, maintaining an accurate inventory, periodic cycle counts, pulling material, identifying parts and packaging parts for shipment. The overall upkeep and organization of the warehouse. Responsible organization of facility storage and grounds.</p><p><b>REQUIRED COMPETENCIES</b></p><ul><li>Establish and maintain an organized and clean inventory area.</li><li>Responsible for the upkeep and organization of Inventory items and warehouse areas.</li><li>Maintain accurate locations of materials.</li><li>Issue material to work orders</li><li>Close Work Orders (WIP to finished goods)</li><li>Receive items into the system by verifying parts match the description and requirements of the purchase order.</li><li>Verify part counts on receipts from Purchase Orders and work orders</li><li>Save test certificates, MTR&rsquo;s and all quality documentation as directed.</li><li>Pull parts for parts orders and identify all items by part number.</li><li>Pull production work using pick sheets.</li><li>Prepare parts kits for shipments including proper labelling.</li><li>Prepare items for shipping for outside operations.</li><li>Prepare all shipping documents, International and Domestic packaging needs, including crating, shipment traffic and other logistical needs for the receipt or shipment of products and items.</li><li>Take photo of equipment secured to crate/ pallet prior to final closing of package.</li><li>Ensure priority shipments are shipped as directed, such as overnight- next day air.</li><li>Schedule all shipments; Domestic, International and local.</li><li>Book pickups using the internet UPS, FED-EX in support of logistical needs, company truck etc.</li><li>Police the parts room and all items that are work in process.</li><li>Use hand tools to secure items on pallet or shipping crate</li><li>Load and unload shipments and deliveries by the use of forklift, dolly or by hand.</li><li>Work with the sales department with the upkeep of shipment tables in Global Shop to account for carriers, customer shipping data, shipment types and events.</li><li>Procure items needed to support the shipping process.</li><li>To follow and contribute to the Company Quality Policy.</li><li>Upkeep and cleanliness of work areas.</li><li>Follow company safety &amp; security guidelines</li><li>Attendance and punctuality are essential functions of this job.</li><li>Other duties as needed.</li></ul><p><b>QUALIFICATIONS</b><br/>To perform this job successfully an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
