As a member of the Marketing and Communications team, you&rsquo;ll be the day-to-day driver of our social media presence and a key contributor to digital content that brings the SAAS experience to life for current students and families, prospective students, alumni, and the broader community.

Social Media Management
<ul><li>Own the day-to-day management and content creation for SAAS social media channels, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, Vimeo and emerging platforms</li>
<li>Maintain a social media content calendar that reflects the rhythm of school life&mdash;from performances and athletic competitions to community service projects and Summit events</li>
<li>Develop engaging, on-brand content (photos, short-form video, graphics, captions) that captures the spirit of SAAS and resonates with diverse audiences</li>
<li>Monitor and engage with followers, respond to comments and inquiries, and foster a positive online community in line with school best practices</li>
<li>Stay current on social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to amplify SAAS&rsquo;s voice</li>
</ul>
Photography &amp; Visual Content
<ul><li>In coordination with the Marketing Communications team, capture photos and videos at school events, performances, games, and daily school life for use across digital channels</li>
<li>Collaborate with colleagues across departments&mdash;including Enrollment, Advancement, Athletics, and Arts&mdash;to source stories and content opportunities</li>
<li>Assist in organizing and managing the school&rsquo;s digital photo library on Vidigami</li>
<li>Create simple graphic design assets (social media graphics, digital flyers, event promotions) that align with SAAS brand guidelines</li>
</ul>
Analytics &amp; Reporting
<ul><li>Track and report on social media performance metrics (engagement, reach, follower growth) to inform content strategy</li>
<li>Monitor basic website analytics (Google Analytics) and contribute insights to improve digital communications</li>
<li>Assist in compiling reports that measure the effectiveness of digital content and campaigns</li>

Digital Content &amp; Website Support
<ul><li>In coordination with the Marketing Communications team, support maintenance and content updates of the SAAS website (Finalsite), partnering with departments across the school to keep information accurate and compelling</li>

A Marketing Manager will be responsible in assisting the Director of Sales and Marketing in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding service and financial profitability. 
What will I be doing?

Required Experience
<ul><li>5&ndash;8+ years of experience owning social media programs end-to-end for B2B technology companies, startups, or organizations operating in complex, high-stakes environments.</li><li>
Direct experience working in regulated, technical, or reputationally sensitive industries, such as energy, nuclear, defense, aerospace, fintech, or healthcare.</li><li>
Experience managing both a corporate brand account and multiple executive social profiles simultaneously, including strategy, ghostwriting, publishing cadence, and approvals.</li><li>
Deep fluency in X and LinkedIn, including platform culture, audience expectations, and algorithmic behavior.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience ghostwriting for executives or managing executive personal brands.</li><li>
Proven ability to translate dense technical or scientific concepts into clear, engaging narratives without oversimplifying.</li><li>
Strong editorial taste and point of view, with examples of confident, distinctive brand or executive presence in serious industries.</li><li>

Compensation
The anticipated salary band for this position is $100,000-$130,000. The final job level and compensation will be determined by various factors such as a candidate's relevant work experience, years of relevant experience, skills, qualifications, certifications, and other business considerations.
