Our Americas Distribution &amp; Service Division (ADSD) provides governance and administration of Cat&reg; dealers across the U.S., Canada, and Latin America.
As the Lead Business Intelligence Analyst, you will serve as a key business insights and governance leader, responsible for the development, maintenance, and strategic evolution of global dashboards, performance metrics, insights and reporting tools within the Americas Distribution Services Division (ADSD) Center of Excellence (COE) team.

What You Will Do:<ul><li>
Own and manage ADSD dashboards and reporting tools including Dealer Profile, Must Wins, and Distribution Services Division (DSD) dashboards.</li><li>
Align with and support other DSD&rsquo;s on governance of global reporting tools such as Global Dealer Scorecard, and DSD dashboards.</li><li>
Design, build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools, and AI agents to support leadership reporting and operational decision-making.</li><li>
Serve as a data owner for key ADSD performance metrics, ensuring data integrity and accuracy.</li><li>
Support various leadership levels within ADSD including Distribution Directors, Vice Presidents of Distribution, and other business leaders to align on metric definitions and reporting standards.</li><li>
Lead metric rollouts, updates, and calibration processes across enterprise reporting platforms.</li><li>
Support COE teams and ADSD field teams (MSOR&rsquo;s, PSOR&rsquo;s, DDR&rsquo;s, etc.) with insights requests.</li><li>
Perform additional duties assigned to support evolving business needs.</li></ul>

What You Have (Preferred Qualifications):<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree preferred; relevant professional work experience may be considered in lieu of formal degree.</li><li>
Experience with business intelligence tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Snowflake, Alteryx, or similar).</li><li>
Experience with AI tools (e.g., Sidekick, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Github Copilot).</li><li>
Strong understanding of data modeling, SQL, or analytics workflows.</li><li>
Experience with enterprise data systems and dashboard reporting environments.</li></ul>
