Role Overview
Dar Global is seeking an experienced and highly creative AI Product Marketing to join our Marketing team in Riyadh.
The successful candidate will manage marketing projects from initial briefing through production and final approval, using AI tools to improve creativity, quality and efficiency. This role requires excellent visual judgment, strong attention to detail and the confidence to independently review and approve content before it is presented to senior management.
This is not a technical AI-development role. It is a marketing project-management position for someone who understands how to apply AI across content, design, video, presentations and creative production.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop clear and comprehensive briefs for campaigns, project launches, videos, brochures, presentations, social media and other marketing materials.
- Manage marketing projects from initial concept through production, review, approval and final delivery.
- Use AI tools to support research, creative development, copywriting, visual content, presentations and video production.
- Review and approve creative content before it is escalated to senior management.
- Ensure all materials meet Dar Global’s luxury brand standards across different markets and platforms.
- Provide clear, constructive and actionable feedback to designers, content creators, video editors and external agencies.
- Identify weak concepts, visual inconsistencies, inaccurate information and quality issues.
- Coordinate timelines, priorities and deliverables across internal teams and external partners.
- Adapt Arabic and English content appropriately for local and international audiences.
- Monitor emerging AI tools and recommend practical ways to integrate them into marketing workflows.
- Maintain accuracy, consistency and high production standards across all deliverables.
Required Qualifications
- Currently based in Riyadh or willing to relocate to Riyadh.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proven marketing project-management experience.
- Strong practical experience using generative AI tools for marketing, content, visuals, presentations or video.
- Excellent creative judgment and a strong eye for design, branding and premium content.
- Ability to translate business objectives into clear creative briefs and actionable direction.
- Experience managing multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines simultaneously.
- Confidence to make decisions, provide approvals and take ownership without requiring senior management to review every detail.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to identify quality issues quickly.
- Experience working with creative teams, agencies, designers, writers and production partners.
Preferred Experience
- Background in luxury real estate, hospitality, fashion, architecture, lifestyle, media or another premium industry.
- Previous experience within a creative agency, luxury publication, fashion magazine or international brand.
- Familiarity with tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, Runway, Canva AI or similar platforms.
- Experience using project-management platforms such as Monday.com, Asana or similar tools.
- Good understanding of the Saudi and wider GCC luxury market.
Ideal Candidate
You combine the organisation and accountability of a project manager with the judgment and taste of a creative lead. You understand luxury branding and can immediately recognise whether content feels premium, relevant and on-brand.
You are confident using AI as a professional marketing tool, while understanding that excellent output still requires human judgment, accuracy and strong creative direction.
