The Access Services Librarian provides library service to law faculty, students, staff, alumni, and other members of
<br>the university community as well as public patrons. The Access Services Librarian manages day-to-day activities

<b>Responsibilities:</b><br>
1.Staffs the Circulation Desk, including responding to patron inquiries, charging out
<br>materials to patrons, and answering directional reference questions during designated
<br>evening hours; this position holds an alternate schedule of 12-8PM
<br>Monday-Thursday, 10-6PM Friday.
<br><br>
2. Hires, supervises, trains, and evaluates 20-25 part-time student employees in the
<br>Access Services Department. Coordinates completion of I-9 paperwork and other
<br>documentation with the CUA Human Resources Office to ensure compliance with
<br>university hiring and payroll policies and procedures.
<br><br>
3. Serves as the Librarian-in-Charge for the Access Services Department in the absence
<br>of the Assistant Director of Access Services. Employs operational problem-solving
<br>for student, faculty, alumni, and public patron issues, exercising professional
<br>judgment to refer more advanced issues to the Assistant Director of Access Services.
<br><br>
4. Manages the Law Library’s interlibrary loan and resource sharing operations,
<br>including both borrowing and lending, following standards set by the Interlibrary
<br>Loan Code for the United States. Uses bibliographic searching skills to identify and
<br>retrieve specialized legal and nonlegal materials in electronic or print format per
<br>requests submitted by law faculty and students. Uses all available resources
<br>, including the Law Library’s and CUA University Libraries’ collections and
<br>electronic resource access, and OCLC’s WorldShare Interlibrary Loan platform to
<br>fulfill these requests. Coordinates delivery of materials to requesters and oversees
<br>the proper return of all borrowed materials to the owning institution in a timely
<br>manner.
<br><br>
5. Serves as faculty liaison for Course Reserves. Works directly with law faculty and
<br>the Assistant Director of Collection Services to ensure correct semester textbooks
<br>are purchased and received. Supports the Access Services Manager in updating
<br>courses and reading lists in the Library’s integrated library system, Ex Libris’ Alma
<br>each semester.
<br><br>
6. Provides instructional presentations, training, and outreach to editors and staff at
<br>journal orientation, facilitates borrowing, coordinates research inquiries and
<br>maintains student access to specialized services.
<br><br>
7. Participates in departmental meetings led by the Assistant Director of Access
<br>Services in order to evaluate library policy, troubleshoot problems, and suggest
<br>improvements, including the implementation of new tools and services.
<br><br>
8. Serves as a resource for library staff regarding user accessibility. Collaborates with
<br>the Assistant Director of Access Services and the Research Services Department to
<br>evaluate student needs and concerns to ensure the Library’s physical spaces are
<br>accessible to all users, and that the Library’s web-based services comply with current
<br>web accessibility standards.
<br><br>
9. I cooperation with Research Services, develops and maintains select library user
<br>guides. Participates in the development or improvement of web-based services,
<br>including, but not limited to, LibGuides and LibCal. Maintains select library blogs.
<br>Serves on library committees (e.g. the marketing/outreach committee).

10. Maintains written policies, procedures, and training materials for the desk attendant
<br>handbook as well as contributing to Staff LibGuides for the Access Services
<br>Department.

11. In collaboration with the Assistant Director of Collection Services, assists with
<br>training of the Graduate Library Preprofessional (GLP) and other paraprofessional

12. Participates in professional organizations such as the American Association of Law

<b>Qualifications:</b><br>
Master's Degree- Two years of experience as a professional librarian, preferably in an academic library. Experience in circulation or

As a member of the Library Experience and Engagement Division, this position will be based at the Central Library and will report to the Special Collections Services Manager as part of the highly collaborative Special Collections team. The Archivist will steward archival collections through thoughtful selection, evaluation, accession, and preservation of donated or purchased archival materials in accordance with best practices for professional archives. This position will evaluate physical, digitized and born-digital materials prior to donation, then accession, process, and maintain materials (including digital preservation and format migration) added to the Special Collections.</p><p>
The position serves in an advisory capacity as the primary subject-matter expert on Seattle Public Library&rsquo;s Archival Collections and on archival processes and best practices &mdash; including accessioning, and description &mdash; throughout the system. The Archivist liaises with other archival institutions and special collections on records retention and transfer and the preservation, care, and disposition of materials. Minimum Qualifications:</b></p><ul><li>
B.A. or B.S. in related field with one (1) year of experience maintaining and sustaining enterprise environments. Degree may be substituted for four (4) years of professional enterprise services experience for a total of five (5) years.</li><li>
Strong understanding of COMSEC disciplines.</li><li>
Knowledgeable about the National Security Agency (NSA) policies and accounting procedures required for coordinating customers&rsquo; requirements and resolving COMSEC matters.</li><li>

</p><p>SAIC is seeking a <b>Zscaler Administrator</b> to support a mission-critical U.S. government agency in the National Capital Region. This hybrid position is part of the Network Operations team and supports the day-to-day administration, monitoring, and operational stability of enterprise cybersecurity platforms, with a focus on Zscaler technologies (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) within a Microsoft-based environment.</p><p>
The ideal candidate has hands-on operational experience with Zscaler services across cloud, network, and identity domains, and supports ongoing platform administration, troubleshooting, policy updates, and user onboarding activities. This role focuses on operational execution and ticket-based support while collaborating with engineering, network and security teams on configuration improvements and compliance requirements, also contributing to policy management, Zero Trust initiatives.</p><p>
This hybrid role requires a minimum of three on-site days per week in Washington, DC.</p><p><b>
Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Provide Tier 2 operational support for Zscaler services within a hybrid cloud and on-prem network environment</li><li>
Administer and support Zscaler services (ZIA, ZPA, ZDX) including user onboarding, policy updates, and monitoring</li><li>
Configure and maintain security policies under guidance from senior engineers and architects under Security governance</li><li>
Support integration with Microsoft platforms including Azure AD, SAML Conditional Access, and Intune</li><li>
