Role Overview
You&rsquo;ll be the execution engine for TikTok Shop accounts- specifically our portfolio of K-beauty brand partners- working directly under a Senior Account Manager. You&rsquo;ll help translate strategy into action, keep projects moving, maintain shop health, and deliver consistent, high-quality execution across teams.
Because many of our K-beauty clients operate out of South Korea, this role requires fluency in Korean (written and spoken) and the ability to accommodate Korean business hours (KST) for client communications, calls, and real-time coordination. You&rsquo;ll serve as the primary point of contact for Korean-speaking brand stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication across time zones.
This is a learn-by-doing role designed for high-agency operators who want to grow fast. Early on, you&rsquo;ll focus on execution and account operations. As you demonstrate judgment, reliability, and ownership, your scope will expand into growth initiatives, client leadership, and strategy&mdash;with a clear path to Senior Account Manager typically within 6&ndash;12 months for strong performers.
What You&rsquo;ll Do
Client Operations &amp; Communication<ul><li>Serve as the Korean-language point of contact for K-beauty brand partners; lead client communications in Korean (email, calls, messaging) and translate key updates and materials between Korean and English.</li><li>Run the account operating rhythm: prep agendas, take notes, track action items, and send crisp recaps for WBRs/MBRs/QBRs&mdash;adapting schedules to accommodate KST business hours.</li><li>Build and maintain 30-60-90 day plans for each client; update owners, timelines, and success metrics weekly.</li><li>Draft client updates and deck slides; translate performance data into clear narratives and concrete next steps in both Korean and English as needed.</li><li>Manage tickets and issues, chase dependencies, and keep all stakeholders aligned and on timeline across time zones.</li></ul>
TikTok Shop Execution &amp; Health<ul><li>Own day-to-day Seller Center hygiene: PDP checks (titles, attributes, images), catalog updates, and compliance follow-ups- including Korean-language product content review.</li><li>Monitor and report account-health metrics (e.g., Late Dispatch Rate, Valid Tracking Rate, cancellations/refunds) and flag risks early.</li><li>Launch and coordinate promotions (bundles, coupons, seasonal events) with Content and Media teams, aligning with K-beauty promotional calendars and cultural moments.</li><li>Support troubleshooting for approvals or policy issues by organizing evidence, timelines, and escalation documentation.</li></ul>
Cross-Functional Orchestration (No Content Creation)<ul><li>Write airtight briefs for Content and Creative teams; track revisions against SLAs and quality bars- ensuring K-beauty brand guidelines and cultural nuances are accurately communicated.</li><li>Coordinate with Ops and Logistics on fulfillment readiness and customer experience status, including cross-border logistics considerations.</li></ul>
Data, QA, and Process<ul><li>Maintain source-of-truth documentation: trackers, promo calendars, etc.</li><li>Perform QA checks before delivery (accuracy, links, pricing, promo eligibility, compliance).</li><li>Contribute to and improve playbooks and SOPs; capture lessons learned in retros to help the team move faster over time.</li></ul>

THE ROLE

The Senior Analyst, Consumer &amp; Customer Insights - Global Retail Hair &amp; OPI is responsible for providing consumer insights to the Global Retail Hair &amp; OPI teams based on consumer research and analysis of market data and trends trends. Basic Qualifications 
<ul><li>
High School Diploma/GED and at least one year of experience working in a retail sales environment that required meeting a defined sales goal OR at least one year of experience proactively selling beauty or cosmetic products and providing customer care</li><li>
Experience in developing ways to accomplish goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary</li><li>
Knowledge of products and brands in order to engage and meet the needs of the customer.</li><li>
Experience building and maintaining relationships within a team.</li><li>
Basic level PC/tablet skills.</li><li>

Preferred Qualifications

Licensure in Cosmetology or as an Esthetician as granted by appropriate state licensing authority.</li><li>
Experience establishing &amp; maintaining relationships with individuals at all levels of the organization, in the business community &amp; with vendors.</li><li>
Experience demonstrating makeup application and providing makeovers to customers.</li><li>
Experiencing selling Prestige brands.</li><li>
Degree from Beauty School.</li><li>
Experience with another retailer in the form of an Externship.</li></ul>
