We&rsquo;re looking for a Retail Marketing Coordinator to help bring Polaroid to life across our US retail partners.</p><p>
You&rsquo;ll support the execution of retail and trade marketing initiatives &mdash; making sure our products show up correctly and consistently online and in-store. You&rsquo;ll work closely with the Sr. Retail Marketing Manager and help execute established strategies, product launches, trainings, and retail activations.</p><p>

Key Responsibilities:</b></p><ul><li>
Manage SKU setup and ongoing maintenance across retailer platforms, ensuring product data accuracy and compliance.</li><li>
Execute and quality check PDP updates including imagery, copy, specifications, and A+ content coordination across key retailers.</li><li>
Conduct regular retail content audits and drive improvements to content scores across platforms such as Amazon, Target, Best Buy, and Walmart.</li><li>
Monitor customer reviews and support review syndication, identifying and flagging inaccuracies or issues.</li><li>
Support communication with distributors and retail partners, coordinating updates, follow-ups, and retailer inquiries.</li><li>
Coordinate asset distribution and ensure partners have access to current, approved marketing materials.</li><li>
Assist with onboarding and training coordination for new retail accounts, ensuring requirements are executed accurately and on time.</li><li>
Support product training initiatives and maintain simple e-learning materials for retail partners.</li><li>
Assist in the coordination and ongoing support of the Polaroid Ambassador program.</li><li>
Support trade shows, retail events, and brand activations, including logistics, materials, shipments, and post-event recaps.</li><li>
Maintain retail calendars, trackers, and execution timelines while supporting reporting pulls and recap deck preparation.</li><li>
Document product launch execution and keep internal tools and documentation organized and up to date.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Key Qualifications:</b>
