Position Related
This role is responsible for supporting Record to Report process for different geographies and sub processes. This will include recording of Inter-company and FCC bookings in General Ledger, Intercompany Reconciliations and FCC Reporting for delivering services to the in-scope business units. This role will also be responsible for day-to-day compliance to Service Level Agreements and execution of daily routines.
Goals<ul><li> Manage reporting in-line with the Group Accounting guidelines.</li><li> Process transactions as per desk top procedures</li><li> Adhere to agreed SLAs &amp; KPIs with stakeholders.</li><li> Identify and implement process improvement initiatives including standardization of process</li></ul>
Your Typical day at work<ul><li> Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reporting based on Group Accounting guidelines in Oracle EPM.</li><li> Preparation and monitoring of Intercompany reconciliations along with reporting to Group Accounting.</li><li> Preparation and Monitoring of reconciliation between FCC and Oracle Financials used for recording of transactions monthly.</li><li> Manage communications and provision required information to external auditors as agreed with Business units.</li><li> Assist in the coordination of annual audit and quarterly review activities of external auditors.</li><li> Implement and maintain reporting procedures to comply with Internal Control over Financial Reporting (ICFR).</li><li> Cross team support in delivering daily tasks.</li><li> Maintaining daily performance sheet.</li><li> Driving process standardization across the Group.</li><li> Reporting to line management on overall performance for this process</li><li> Identifying opportunities to improve policies and procedures.</li><li> Ensuring documentation and updating of SOPs.</li><li> Managing ad hoc projects and tasks as and when required</li></ul>

Eligibility Criteria 
Experience and Qualification:<ul><li> BBA/MBA/ ACCA/ACMA/CA Finalist</li><li> Strong accounting knowledge (IFRS)</li><li> 2+ years&rsquo; experience in Accounting or Finance preferably in a multinational environment</li><li> Experience in accounting and financial systems</li><li> Strong analytic and interpersonal skills</li></ul> 
 Functional Skills / Knowledge Areas<ul><li> Excellent communications skills with proficiency in Verbal &amp; Written English language.</li><li> Ready to accept challenges and meet stringent deadlines.</li><li> Well versed with International Accounting Standards</li><li> Good Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams)</li><li> Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and set priorities.</li><li> Sound knowledge of Oracle Fusion and FCC is a plus.</li><li> Good Time-management and strong follow-up skills.</li><li> Self-motivated to undertake responsibilities and work without supervision.</li><li> Ability to bond and adjust within the team and department</li></ul>
