 About the Admin & Accounting Assistant Role
 Job Description: The Admin & Accounting Assistant plays a critical role in supporting and streamlining the administrative, operational, and accounting functions that are central to SPGs mission. Reporting directly to the Vice President of Accounting and Administration, this highly collaborative position requires a detail-oriented and adaptable professional capable of managing both strategic initiatives and day-to-day operations.
 The Assistant is responsible for overseeing core administrative workflows, managing office systems and facilities, and supporting internal policy development and compliance. This includes handling cross-departmental coordination, maintaining records, and managing processes such as vendor relations, budget tracking, and the companys uniform ordering program. The role also supports hybrid work arrangements and office logistics to ensure an efficient and productive work environment.
 In addition to administrative oversight, the position plays a key role in employee development by supporting training logistics and implementation. The Administrator also contributes to the successful execution of industry conferences and events through planning and onsite coordination.  Tasks & Responsibilities
 
Administrative: 
Oversee and refine administrative processes to improve efficiency and compliance with company policies.
