You have a solid understanding of not-for-profit accounting practices and are able to work independently while demonstrating strong customer service and clear communication with colleagues and clients. With excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks, you efficiently manage multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines. You are proficient in ERP systems (NetSuite preferred), Microsoft Office (especially Excel), and online accounting platforms. Knowledge of grant management systems, banking cash management, and IT systems integration is a plus. You are familiar with GAAP and current accounting regulations, and have the ability to identify problems, recommend improvements, and ensure compliance. You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced environments, handle ambiguity well, and are eager to learn new systems.
