This is a cross-trained, full-cycle accounting role. AS PART OF THE FINANCE TEAM, YOU WILL PLAY A KEY ROLE BY: 
INCOME AUDIT &amp; REVENUE<ul><li>Performing the daily income audit and reconciliation of all revenue streams, including rooms, food &amp; beverage, membership and ancillary outlets, ensuring completeness and accuracy between systems</li><li>Completing the daily income journal and reconciling daily activity across PMS, POS, accounting and sales systems, investigating and resolving variances</li><li>Performing daily cash and credit card reconciliations</li></ul> 
ACCOUNTS PAYABLE<ul><li>Ensuring that invoices and payments are processed according to company policy and procedures</li><li>Working closely with the Purchasing Manager to create a processing flow that ensures purchase orders correspond with invoices and are processed in a timely manner</li><li>Posting and processing weekly manual checks, wires, Fintech payments and ACH payments</li><li>Maintaining vendor documentation required for 1099 processing</li><li>Maintaining strong relationships with vendors and responding to and resolving inquiries in a timely manner</li></ul>

These installations will benefit people who are disproportionately affected by climate change by improving climate control and indoor air quality in spaces where they receive social services. The program will maximize greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions by requiring electric conversions of spaces that currently use fossil fuels for heating and cooling.Eligible nonprofits that primarily benefit vulnerable populations, provide services full-time, and benefit a higher number of community members per square foot-- both on a weekly basis and as part of a community&rsquo;s emergency response plan-- will be prioritized.
