The Administrative Assistant provides a higher level of support on a variety of administrative functions to senior level leadership and other senior group members within the designated area of the Institutional Group. What We're Looking For:

Provide general office support to include: distribution of mail, office supplies, and invoices.</li><li>

Greet visitors and callers and direct them to appropriate individual/group, handle/respond to inquiries, take messages, and transfer/direct to appropriate party for assistance.</li><li>
Research questions and resolve problems related to expenses, technology, or other day-to-day issues or concerns arising with other support groups.</li><li>
Set up, organize, and maintain paper and electronic filing systems for expenses, correspondence, and other material including off-site storage, as needed, in a logical and easily retrievable manner.</li><li>
Handle highly confidential information involving client information, deals, etc. with utmost discretion.</li><li>
May assist the department in setting up local equipment and access for new hires, and coordinate effectors between various areas of the Company involved in the new hire process at a designated location to ensure the on-boarding process is completed properly.</li><li>
May serve as liaison between the Office Manager and building management for general site related issues that may include but are not limited to general office maintenance, emergency procedures, fire drills, repairs, office moves and vendor visits.</li></ul>

 Required Qualifications:

 Minimum 2&ndash;4+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Administrative Assistant, ideally working within financial services.

 Prior client service or investor-facing experience preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 Bachelor&rsquo;s degree required.

 Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.

 Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

 The Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene is seeking a qualified candidate to fill a full-time Research Assistant position. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Research Assistant to join our team in support of one of the projects under our center grant. The ideal candidate will have experience in human subjects research, qualitative and quantitative data collection, and administrative support within a research setting. This role offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in all aspects of research, from participant interaction to regulatory compliance and project administration.
 
 
 
 Duties And Responsibilities
 
 
 
 The Research Assistant will work closely with the Project Leads to accomplish specific project aims. Responsibilities include

 Conduct participant screening, recruitment, and consenting in accordance with IRB-approved protocols.
 </li>
 <li>
 Facilitate focus groups and support qualitative research activities, including transcription, coding, and data analysis.
 </li>
 <li>
 Enter and manage study data in REDCap, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
 </li>
 <li>
 Assist with IRB preparation, submission, and ongoing reporting.
 </li>
 <li>
 Maintain regulatory binders and ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements.
 </li>
 <li>
 Support center administrative tasks such as coordinating contracts, processing invoices, and supporting pilot studies.
 </li>
 <li>
 Collaborate with project staff to ensure smooth project operations and compliance with grant and institutional guidelines.
 
 
 </li>

 Minimum Qualifications
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Bachelor's degree in psychology, public health, social sciences, or related field required;
 </li>
 <li>
 Minimum 1 year (full-time equivalent) of clinical or clinical research experience in psychiatry, including direct interaction with individuals diagnosed with serious mental illness.

 Preferred Qualifications

 Master's degree in psychology, public health, social sciences, or related field
 </li>
 <li>
 Background in mental health field preferred.
 </li>
 <li>
 More than (1) year of clinical experience working with individuals with serious mental illness (e.g., in outpatient, inpatient, or community mental health settings).

 <li>
 More than (1) year of experience conducting clinical interviews, psychiatric symptom assessments, or neurocognitive testing.
