 Personal Assistant needed for a high net worth individual out their midtown office ! Manage everything as it relates to keeping life of employer running fluidly. Deal with charities, organize calendars, meetings, domestic and global travel and special events. Order flowers and gifts, deal with IT and staff issues. Handle filing, archiving, emails and bill paying. Coordinate home renovations, manage household schedules. Create spreadsheets and presentations.
 
 
 
 
 
 Must possess prior experience working out of the home of a highly recognizable individual and have a true love of the role. 5 days in the home !!
