 We are seeking a highly organized, business-minded Executive Assistant &amp; Office Manager,
 
 
 Brands &amp; Ventures to support senior leadership while owning day-to-day office operations for
 
 
 our New York office.
 
 
 
 
 
 This role supports the President, Brands &amp; Ventures and sits at the center of brand development, partnerships, content, licensing, investments, and special initiatives. It is ideal for someone with 2-3+ years of experience supporting senior executives who is ready to take full responsibility for office operations while continuing to operate as a trusted extension of executive leadership.
 
 
 
 
 
 The role combines high-level executive support, business coordination, and end-to-end office
 
 
 management. Success requires strong judgment, operational discipline, discretion, and the ability to manage multiple work streams without hand-holding in a fast-paced environment.
 
 
 
 
 
 This is a full-time, hybrid role based in New York, NY, with required in-person collaboration
 
 
 several days per week.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Executive &amp; Brands Support (75%)
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>

 Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, meetings, and travel with an
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 understanding of business priorities, deal timelines, and cross-functional dependencies.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain daily priorities and follow-up workflows, anticipating needs and proactively
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 flagging conflicts or risks.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Prepare meeting agendas, briefing materials, and presentations; attend meetings as
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 needed to capture notes, decisions, and action items.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Act as a point of coordination between the President, internal teams within global
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 organization, and external partners across brand development, content, fashion, lifestyle,
 
 
 investments, and nonprofit initiatives.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Draft, review, and manage internal and external correspondence on behalf of the
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 executive as directed.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Handle sensitive information with a high degree of discretion and professionalism.
 </li>
 <li>
 Leverage productivity and AI tools such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Notion to streamline
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 workflows and improve output quality.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency through better systems,
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 documentation, and tools.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Support the executive office with organized, accurate, and well-structured digital
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 materials.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Submit and track executive-related expense reports monthly; process invoices in
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 coordination with Accounting.
 
 
 
 
 
 
 Office Management &amp; Workplace Operations (25%)
 
 
 
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own full responsibility for office operations for the New York office, ensuring a
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 professional, organized, and efficient workplace.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, partners, vendors, and building
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 management.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage front-of-office operations including conference room scheduling and meeting
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 coordination (in-person and virtual).
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Own relationships with building management and service providers; proactively manage
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 maintenance, repairs, and facilities issues.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Oversee ordering, inventory, and organization of office supplies, snacks, and shared
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 resources.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Manage mail, shipping, and package logistics.
 </li>
 <li>
 Submit and track office-related expense reports; process invoices in coordination with
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 Accounting.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Program and issue key cards; manage office access and onboarding logistics for new
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 hires.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Plan and execute internal office events and initiatives that support culture and
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 collaboration.
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 Maintain office-related documentation, trackers, and internal records.
 </li>
 <li>
 Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
 </li>
 </ul>
 
 
 
 
 
 Qualifications
 
 
 <ul>
 <li>
 2-3+ years of experience supporting senior executives and/or managing office operations in a fast-paced environment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong interest in brands, ventures, and business execution.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proven ability to manage competing priorities with accuracy, discretion, and composure.
 </li>
 <li>
 Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 Strong organizational, project management, and problem-solving skills.
 </li>
 <li>
 High level of professionalism and sound judgment.
 </li>
 <li>
 Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Apple iOS, and productivity tools.
 </li>
 <li>
 Fast learner with a strong interest in adopting new technology and AI tools to optimize work efficiency.
 </li>

 Salary Range
 
 
 
 
 
 
 The salary range for this job is $90,000 to $100,000. This is a good faith effort at the time of posting. This range is base salary only and does not include benefits and any other compensatory components of the role.
