Position Summary
The Vice President of Marketing &amp; Communications is the architect of how the world sees, understands, and chooses AI Studio. This is not a traditional marketing role - it is a market-defining role. Website &amp; Digital Presence<ul><li>
Design, build, and maintain AI Studio's website and LinkedIn presence - ensuring it reflects brand standards, is AI-optimized for search and discoverability, and serves as a dynamic, high-converting hub for prospects and members.</li><li>
Develop, launch, and maintain the AI Studio member portal, including ongoing content management and user experience improvements.</li><li>
Oversee SEO/SEM strategy and ensure all digital properties perform against measurable traffic and engagement targets.</li><li>

Thought Leadership &amp; Industry Presence<ul><li>

Qualifications
Education &amp; Experience<ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field plus a minimum of 7 years of progressive marketing and communications leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in a credit union or start up environment. OR High School Diploma or equivalent plus a minimum of 12 years of progressive marketing and communications leadership experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role in a credit union or start up environment. Master's degree preferred.</li><li>
Demonstrated experience marketing within the financial services, fintech, or credit union industry strongly preferred.</li><li>
