<ul><li>7+ years of hands-on data engineering experience</li><li>2+ years in a technical lead or team leadership role, including mentoring engineers and owning project delivery</li><li>Expert-level experience with Microsoft Azure, including:</li><li>Azure Synapse Analytics</li><li>Azure Data Factory</li><li>Azure SQL Database</li><li>Databricks / Apache Spark</li><li>Strong experience designing and building enterprise data warehouses (on-prem and cloud)</li><li>Advanced SQL skills including complex query writing, stored procedures, and performance tuning</li><li>Experience migrating on-premises data solutions to Azure cloud environments</li><li>Proficiency in Python and/or Scala for data pipeline development</li><li>Experience with star schema design, data marts, and ETL/ELT best practices</li><li>Strong communication skills &mdash; ability to lead client meetings and translate business needs into technical solutions</li><li>Ability to travel to client locations based on project needs</li></ul><br>
