BASIC QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>5+ years of contracts management experience</li><li>Experience managing multiple internal stakeholders and advising cross-functional teams</li><li>Experience advising business teams to support the strategy, negotiation and execution of commercial contracts</li></ul><h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS</h2><ul><li>Can use AI for legal research, contract analysis, or document review</li><li>Experience with complex commercial/legal concepts and drafting, ability to quickly read and interpret legal terminology and reasoning</li><li>Experience in program or project management</li><li>Experience in written and verbal communication with the ability to present complex technical information in a clear and concise manner to executives and non-technical leaders</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams across business development, marketing, operations, product development, legal, etc.</li><li>Paralegal background or equivalent hands-on legal experience; comfort with contract drafting, negotiation, and lifecycle management</li><li>A track record of building legal infrastructure: templates, SOPs, training materials, and metrics</li><li>Experience with AI tools or automation platforms, and appetite to go deeper</li></ul>

The base salary range for this position is listed below. Your Amazon package will include sign-on payments and restricted stock units (RSUs). Final compensation will be determined based on factors including experience, qualifications, and location.
