   Creation of design packages containing dimension specifications, artwork, and concept references to be sent to vendors and makers

   Assist in design development and project communication with vendors, manufacturers, licensees, and the BWH team to ensure concepts are understood, key deadlines are met, and that each design is on-brand; management of project/product tracking documents
  </li>

   Assist in keeping the archiving system for design packages, concepts, and finish library up to date
  </li>
  <li>
   Help define aesthetic direction through research, creation of inspiration boards, and sketching
  </li>
  <li>
   Travel as required to review product development
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate in weeknight evening Zoom calls with overseas vendors as needed (usually between 8pm and 10pm)
  </li>

   Assist in preparation for internal presentations, installation of showroom, photography shoots, and related.

 College degree preferred.
 <br/>
 <br/>
 <ul>

   Industrial, Furniture, or relevant Design Degree preferred.
  </li>
  <li>
   1-4 years experience in related profession preferred
  </li>
  <li>
   Fluent in Rhino 3D and/or AutoCAD, as well as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and 2D drafting
  </li>
  <li>
   A passion for the decorative arts and history of furniture is essential
  </li>
  <li>
   Appreciation of classical design and references
  </li>
  <li>
   Must have sketching skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Self-starter that is resourceful and takes initiative
  </li>
  <li>
   Flexible and comfortable with shifting priorities
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to develop ideas from initial concept through to finished production art
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work as part of a team and individually on projects
