 What You'll Do
 
 
 Being a Designer at Translation means making ideas into visual realities. Our designers work across brand identity, campaign visuals, digital experiences, social content, and everything in between &mdash; translating strategy and creative direction into work that is visually distinct and culturally-fluent. This isn't production design; this is design with a perspective. Whether you specialize in motion, print, digital, or brand systems &mdash; or you move fluidly across all of it &mdash; we're looking for designers at every level. If you lead with taste, execute with precision, and understand that great design doesn't just look good, it tells a story, we want to know you.
 
 
 How We Engage
 
 
 We keep our process simple and intentional &mdash; because your time matters. Here's what to expect:
 
 
 
 Step 1 &mdash; Screener Interview
 
 A conversation with someone from our Talent team to get to know you, understand your background, and make sure we're aligned on what you're looking for.
 
 
 
 Step 2 &mdash; Department Interview
 
 A deeper conversation with a hiring manager in your area of expertise. This is where we really dig into your work, your experience, and how you operate.
 
 
 
 Step 3 &mdash; The Decision
 
 Once both conversations are done, we make our call. If it's a fit, we bring you onto the bench &mdash; and that means something. You're in.
 
 
 
 Step 4 &mdash; Getting Set Up
 
 If there&rsquo;s an immediate need, we&rsquo;ll have you complete the necessary paperwork right away to get you set up in our systems. If there isn&rsquo;t, we&rsquo;ll reach out when a project comes up and provide everything you need to get started at that time.&nbsp;This is a one-time process, and completing it upfront helps us move quickly when the right opportunity comes along.
 
 
 
 Step 5 &mdash; We'll Be In Touch
 
 From there, we&rsquo;ll reach out when an opportunity aligned with your skills and experience becomes available. We&rsquo;ll share the details, and if the timing, availability, and rate work for you, we&rsquo;ll get to work!

 Rates vary based on the scope, duration, and complexity of each engagement, and are grounded in our full-time salary bands so you know we're coming to you seriously. We'll always be upfront about what we have &mdash; from there, it's yours to take if it makes sense for you. No pressure, no obligation.
