 team is looking to bring on an Analyst to join the New York office with a primary focus on hospitality transactions. The group is comprised of a deep team of real estate investment banking professionals from various real estate equity and finance backgrounds. The Analyst will be joining the preeminent team in the market that has executed over $180 billion of transactions since 2019, including more than $21 billion of hotel transactions.
 
 
 The Debt &amp; Structured Finance team is focused on the placement of debt and equity capital for commercial real estate investors. While the broader team executes transactions across all property types, including office, retail, industrial, data centers, and alternative assets throughout North America, the Analyst will primarily support the team&rsquo;s hospitality practice, which advises on hotel property and portfolio/platform level transactions. Analysts are involved in every stage of a transaction including underwriting, market research, property tours, preparation of pitch materials and offering memoranda, marketing of transactions, term sheet negotiations, closings, and client meetings and events. The position will be based in-office and work in a high-energy and fast-paced environment.

 Prepare pitch materials and offering memoranda for commercial real estate transactions, including research, financial modeling, and writing transaction narratives.

 The expected base salary for this position ranges from $145,000 to $150,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement plan with employer matching), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).

Role Summary:
Community Stabilization Partners (CSP) is a joint venture between The Community Preservation Corporation (CPC) and Related Fund Management (RFM), formed to asset‑manage a portfolio of commercial residential real estate loans formerly held by Signature Bank. In partnership with the FDIC, CSP serves as lender of record for approximately 830 loans secured by more than 30,000 housing units.
The Senior Data &amp; Analytics Specialist is responsible for refining CSP&rsquo;s data and reporting operating model and for delivering portfolio-wide analysis and reports. Acting as both a data strategist and a hands‑on implementation leader, this position works closely with CSP business leaders and CPC Technology to translate business workflows into data infrastructure, performance metrics, and automated reporting tools.
