Position Purpose:
The Asset Protection Specialist is primarily responsible for preventing financial loss caused by theft and fraud and supporting safety and environmental program compliance in their assigned store/multiple stores. They utilize tools to minimize loss to the Company, including but not limited to identifying incidents of theft and fraud, reviewing CCTV and exception reports, monitoring the store's physical security, auditing the Electronic Article Surveillance and driving a shrink elimination culture in the store. Other responsibilities include: preparing accurate and detailed case reports documenting your apprehensions and recoveries, preserving evidence, interacting with law enforcement and testifying in criminal and civil court actions. The Opportunity: The Asset Protection Associate is located at the AG Retail Flagship Chicago location and reports directly to the Retail Asset Protection Manager. This position is responsible for maintaining a safe environment for American Girl customers and employees, as well as safeguarding company assets. The individual we seek must be able to multi-task, have outstanding communication skills, and exhibit a high level of compassion and understanding while maintaining a professional detachment.

The Asset Management and Supply Chain Operation Division consists of all Storehouse and Warehouse Operations, Enterprise Asset Management (EAM), and Transit Asset Management (TAM). The purpose of the department is to service various customers within Metra. Managing the continuous supply of parts materials and services required to support Engineering, Mechanical and Transit Operations. The department operates Metra's four storehouses and one central warehouse. Additionally, the department manages the agency's Transit Asset Management (TAM) program and the Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) systems.
Reporting to the GIS Manager, the Geographic Information System (GIS) Analyst will assist with the administration and maintenance of the agency's geospatial repository and data management system; produce high quality geospatial deliverables for projects needing service; and contribute to the development of governance that establishes policies and processes for managing the production, use, and sharing of geospatial information assets effectively.
The primary duties include: Manage spatial data development including: defining operational requirements, modeling and developing GIS data prototypes, overseeing final deployment, and providing support needed to capture the full life cycle of Metra's assets and facilities. Function as subject-matter-expert providing technical support for the integration of data into enterprise applications. Coordinate with Information Technology and other department to fulfill requests for spatial data, provide infrastructure develop technical requirements to build resources, and train users on information required to use the Agency's GIS technology. Confer with external partners on industry standards and regulatory requirements for GIS data, adopt existing or establish new standards, and share value added data and tools to increase efficiencies. Assign, review, and evaluate staff work; train and mentor staff to meet the needs of the GIS program and their professional development. Promote safe work practices and maintain and foster a safe work environment. Perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization.

Job Requirements
<ul><li>Bachelor's degree in geography, computer science, urban planning, engineering, environmental sciences or a related field or in lieu of a specified degree a combination of education and experience may be substituted that equals four (4) years in GIS, geospatial data modeling, or application or database development.</li><li>
In addition to #1 above, have a minimum of three (3) years of experience in data modeling, application or database development, or GIS system implementation.</li><li>
Knowledge of GIS concepts, practices, and methodologies, spatial relationships and analyses techniques, mapping tools like ArcGIS or QGIS, and an understanding of different coordinate systems.</li><li>

May assist pharmacist in administering clinical services including the collection and proper labeling of blood/urine samples from patients and other clinical services as required; assists pharmacy staff in coordination of clinical services, Walgreens healthcare clinics and external providers.
 
Assists Pharmacy Manager and Staff Pharmacist in developing and maintaining good relationships with the local medical community, including physicians, nurses, and other health care providers, by medical provider detailing and outreach to health groups, retirement homes, nursing homes, and other forums for enhancing growth opportunities.

The Participant Engagement Supervisor leverages industry knowledge and best practices to promote the mission and vision of Heartland Alliance Health and the institution. Essential Functions:
Duties/Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Provides supervision of assigned staff including hiring, supervision meetings, reviewing e-time and ensuring time-off policies are enforced.</li><li>
Ensures Participant Engagement Specialist are at their appointed scheduled locations and rearranges staff as needed to provide adequate coverage.</li><li>

Digital Marketing Coordinator's responsibilities include: 
 
Email Marketing &amp; Automation: 
<ul><li>
Develop and execute email marketing campaigns, including newsletters,</li><li>
promotional emails, and automated user journeys.</li><li>
Create and maintain email marketing templates with custom graphic design assets,</li><li>
ensuring brand consistency and responsive layouts.</li><li>
Track, analyze, and translate campaign performance data (open rates, click-through</li><li>
rates, conversions) into actionable insights.</li><li>
Collaborate with Manager to upkeep and segment email subscriber lists for targeted</li><li>
messaging.</li></ul> 

Website Design, Troubleshooting, and Management: 
<ul><li>
Assist in creating landing page wireframes and mockup, utilizing Webflow to design</li><li>
and implement engaging visual elements for our websites.</li><li>
Test website functionality across different browsers and devices, perform regular</li><li>
maintenance tasks, and debug basic HTML/CSS/JavaScript errors.</li><li>
Support the Digital Marketing Team in maintaining website content by performing</li><li>
basic edits and management tasks like image resizing, menu changes, color</li><li>
correction, and document uploads.</li></ul> 

SEO &amp; Analytics: 
<ul><li>
Perform SEO audits and implement on-page optimizations, focusing on semantic</li><li>
HTML, metadata, and site speed to improve organic discoverability.</li><li>
Support ADA compliance audits, implement necessary changes to website content</li><li>
and structure (including SEO considerations like alt text, semantic HTML, and</li><li>
accessible link text) to improve accessibility, and maintain ongoing compliance.</li><li>
Track conversion funnels and user behavior, consolidating data into actionable</li><li>
monthly and quarterly insights.</li></ul> 

Collaboration &amp; Communication: 
<ul><li>
Communicate effectively with stakeholders, proactively following up with restaurant</li><li>
and marketing team members to gather necessary information.</li><li>
Provide support to Marketing Team members on digital-related questions.</li><li>
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the Digital Marketing Team with</li><li>
organization of our digital tools and asset libraries across Dropbox and Asana.</li><li>
Willing to take on additional tasks and projects as they arise.</li></ul> 

Qualifications: 
<ul><li>
3+ years of experience in a Digital Marketing, Content Marketing, or similar</li><li>
technical-creative role.</li><li>
Sample work demonstrating web design projects, email campaign builds, or other</li><li>
graphic design case studies.</li><li>
Organizational skills with experience governing digital asset libraries.</li><li>
Experience using Asana or similar project management tools to track tasks, gather</li><li>
assets from stakeholders, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>
Proactive mindset and a strong willingness to learn new tools, platforms, and</li><li>
emerging technologies as our digital ecosystem evolves.</li></ul> 

Preferred / Plus: 
<ul><li>
A passion for the restaurant industry and an understanding of its target audience.</li><li>
Strong copywriting skills with an emphasis on long-format digital</li></ul>
