The Role Itself
</b></p><p>This position is a Producer/Broker in development and will work as a member of an existing production team for mentorship and training, developing their own book of business for their own production team, when eligible. The candidate should have strong relationship-building skills to work with our targeted carriers, retail insurance agents, and develop a book of business.

Direct responsibilities include:<ul><li>
Maintain underwriting files including an understanding of policy reviews, inspection reviews, and endorsements.
</li><li>Understand and be knowledgeable of markets and underwriting guidelines.</li><li>
Solicit new business through various sales and marketing techniques and begin establishing relationships within a territory utilizing agency visits, telemarketing calls and cross selling.</li></ul></li><li>
Train and mentor under a successful Producer/Broker to:

What We Are Looking For:</b></p><ul><li>
Knowledge and experience of property and casualty insurance including: coverages, rating, terminology and technical procedures. P&amp;C license / E&amp;S licenses are preferred, but not required.</li><li>
Must be sales driven, &ldquo;people person&rdquo; who likes to establish new relationships while learning communication strategies and sales methods.</li><li>
Experienced in Word, Power Point, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Reader. Ability to quickly learn new programs and applications.</li><li>

What you will do:
</b></p><p></p><p>As an Interventional Spine Associate Sales Representative, you will assist in strategically promoting and selling Stryker Interventional Spine products to meet our customers&rsquo; needs. You confidently conduct product evaluations in OR and office settings, persuasively demonstrating the value of our products. Systematically tracking your territory progress, you proactively communicate your wins with your Sales Representatives and push yourself to exceed each goal. When onsite with clients, you use your product knowledge and quick thinking to solve product problems and inform doctors, nurses and other staff as to the proper use and maintenance of our products. You take great pride in excellent service and are prepared to assist a customer whenever the need arises. As an Associate Representative, you love living in the fast lane and find purpose in selling Stryker products that are making healthcare better.</p><p><b><br>
What you need:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Bachelor&rsquo;s Degree from an Accredited university</li><li>
1-2 years in medical sales or b2b is preferred</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Travel requirement:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Approximately 20% travel. Must have a valid driver&rsquo;s license and be able to drive an automobile.</li></ul><p></p><p><b>
Physical requirements:</b></p><p></p><ul><li>
Medium work: exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally and/or up to 20 pounds of force constantly to move objects</li><li>
