About the Position
The Assistant Manager supports the Property Manager in the day-to-day operations of the community, ensuring compliance with HUD and other regulatory agency requirements, maintaining accurate records, and providing excellent customer service to residents and applicants.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Leasing &amp; Marketing<ul><li>
Assist with leasing efforts, including showing apartments, processing applications, and preparing lease paperwork.</li><li>
Ensure all leasing activities comply with HUD, Fair Housing, and company policies.</li><li>
Maintain waiting lists in accordance with HUD regulations and property policies.</li><li>

Assist with move-in and move-out inspections and related documentation.</li></ul>
HUD &amp; Regulatory Compliance<ul><li>

Process and verify certifications and recertifications (Annuals, Interims, Move-Ins, Move-Outs) using TRACS and EIV systems.</li><li>
Submit and track HUD 50059 forms and ensure all resident files are current and accurate.</li><li>
Respond to MOR and HUD file audit findings with corrective actions and supporting documentation.</li><li>
Keep abreast of HUD handbook updates (4350.3) and other compliance requirements.</li></ul>
Rent Collection &amp; Financial Administration<ul><li>
Collect and record rent payments and other charges; issue receipts and maintain accurate ledgers.</li><li>
Post payments and charges in the property management software ( RealPage).</li><li>
Monitor delinquency reports and assist with issuing late notices or initiating eviction procedures when necessary. Placing delinquency notes in Onesite</li><li>
Assist the Property Manager with rent adjustments and subsidy billing.</li></ul>
Resident Relations<ul><li>
Provide courteous and professional service to residents, vendors, and guests.</li><li>

Maintenance Coordination<ul><li>

Minimum 2 years of experience in multifamily housing, with at least 1 year in affordable/HUD housing.</li><li>

In this role, you will provide comprehensive medical care to senior patients, within local assisted living facilities and assisting in creating comprehensive clinical plans for patients.Your role would involve seeing roughly 25-40 patients per week in person (3-4 days per week) at assisted living facilities, with approximately 1-2 days per week involved in care management work and telemedicine visits (virtual) with approximately 6 billable hours per day expected on virtual days.You would be supported by a lead internal medicine physician/cardiologist who would provide medical oversight for care plans and medical expertise, in addition to a team of highly skilled care managers to ensure the plan is implemented.What Makes Our Clinic UniqueAbout 25% of time is engaged in care management and virtual work, with significant scheduling flexibility and the ability to choose your own shifts. Patient volume would be about 12-14 patients per shift max (average 10-12) allowing you to spend additional time with patients. You would be able to be a part of a small, cohesive startup group that is building the future of medical care for patients in their home.Your role would be uniquely supported by care managers who know their patients well, reducing busy work. This means that most of the follow up including labs, ordering studies, and referrals would be completed by care managers, decreasing the administrative burden. You would have a small panel of patients and be able to develop strong relationships with the patients you work with. We are looking for an experienced and efficient clinician who is comfortable caring for patients in their home with excellent clinical judgement.Responsibilities<ul><li>Conduct thorough assessments of patients' health status and develop individualized care plans.</li><li>Ability to drive to facilities to conduct visits, within a 30 mile radius of Seattle, WA.</li><li>Work collaboratively with a team of care managers and physician dedicated to comprehensively assisting vulnerable patients.</li><li>Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.</li><li>Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including assisted living facilities, psychologists, and clinical teams to coordinate comprehensive patient care.</li><li>Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.</li><li>Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.</li></ul>Requirements<ul><li>Valid Nurse Practitioner license in Washington or Physician Assistant License</li><li>Clean driving record</li><li>Experience in senior care or home healthcare preferred.
