Responsibilities:

The Executive Assistant is responsible for the smooth operation of the Human Resources Department and administrative support to the Sr. Vice President and other members of HR leadership through the performance of duties such as:</div><ul><li>
Managing the SVP&rsquo;s calendar and meeting schedule</li><li>
Managing professional correspondence and messages</li><li>
Acting as the office manager and handling responsibilities such as ordering supplies</li><li>
Coordinates monthly 6-month luncheon with new employees</li><li>
Managing facilities requests</li><li>
Assisting with onboarding for new Human Resources team members</li><li>
Coordinates organizationl Employee Meetings two times per year</li><li>

Researching, collecting and preparing data for management assignments, reports and presentations</li><li>

Qualifications:

This position reports to the Operations Manager and is only open to students in an accredited dental assisting program.</b></p><p></p><p>

Job Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>
Keep track of all externship hours and timesheets</li><li>
Record patient charting and the dentist&rsquo;s notes in the digital patient chart, as directed by the dentist</li><li>
Prepare and clean treatment rooms and instruments, monitor schedule for efficiency, and educate patients on dental procedures</li><li>
Maintain a clean, sterile, and patient-centric working environment</li><li>
Maintain strict compliance with State, Federal, and other regulations, (e.g., OSHA, WC, Dental Board, HIPAA, ADA, DOL, employee handbook)</li><li>
Ensuring practice is clean and presentable to patients to include cleaning restrooms, patient lobby, mopping, vacuuming, dusting etc</li></ul><p><b>
