Reporting to the Commercial Manager, Senior Quantity Surveyor is responsible for estimating, cost control, cashflow and reporting on allocated Work Packages.</h2>

The project is a diverse portfolio of projects that contribute to Abu Dhabi's growth. This includes developing service networks for newly developed land and community facilities such as schools, mosques, parks, etc. KBR will provide Project Management Consultancy services in project planning, controls, design and engineering management, and implementation of the development and early works packages.<h2 class="jobSectionHeader">
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES</h2><ul><li>
Preparation and maintenance of estimates, budgets, cost report and cashflows</li><li>
Review and comment on bids and contract award recommendation reports</li><li>
Estimating of value engineering options and lifecycle costs</li><li>
Analysing and reporting on Consultants and Contractors cost reports and cash flows</li><li>
