The Sales Representative is responsible for growing market share by identifying and selling to prospective customers/target accounts. Their role includes:</p><ul><li>
Travel to existing customers, handle daily business and provide technical service and consultancy to them.</li><li>
Searching for and creating new business opportunities in accordance with business needs, possibilities and capacity.</li><li>
Collecting reliable customer/territory information and estimating individual customer potential.</li><li>
Conducting competitive product testing and comparisons to Sherwin-Williams and identifying current competitors&rsquo; strengths and weaknesses and Sherwin-William&rsquo;s competitive advantage.</li><li>
Developing a territory market development plan and obtaining approval.</li><li>
Developing a strategy to sell to target customers and identifying items or product categories that require specific attention in support of this strategy.</li><li>
Developing a weekly selling plan and conducting sales calls accordingly, occasionally in conjunction with the Sales Manager.</li><li>
Determining where the customer is in the overall selling process and what steps are necessary to accelerate the process.</li><li>
Conducting product demos to support the selling process.</li><li>
Accessing product/technical information to support customers&rsquo; application requirements.</li><li>
Completing required call and expense reports on a timely basis.</li><li>
Identifying products and quantities that must be carried in inventory to support customer needs and communicating this to the servicing facility.</li><li>
Identifying potential problems and working with the Sales Manager to resolve.</li><li>
Handling customer complaints within the lines of authority and managing the process to resolution.</li><li>
Assisting the Sales Manager / Director in the resolution of product supply problems.</li><li>
Positively representing and promoting our company, materials, solutions, service and other business benefits.</li><li>
Following and implementing all applicable organisational and local legislation.</li><li>
Planning their work effectively with respect of time and stated targets.</li><li>
Creating and using proper market knowledge.</li></ul><ul><li><p><b>
Formal Education Preferred: </b>Higher level education in a related field.</p></li><li><p><b>
Knowledge &amp; Experience: </b>3-4 years<b> </b>Sales experience in the Coatings industry; Key Account Management experience would be advantageous; Knowledge of the Coatings Industry in T&uuml;rkiye.</p></li><li><p><b>
Skill Requirements: </b>Good computer skills; Strong communication and interpersonal skills; Ability to work with all levels of internal and external contacts; Ability to interface effectively with sales, technical and manufacturing management. A good understanding of Business English is preferable.</p></li><li><p><b>
Travel Requirements (time spent away from home or other typical office location):</b> +-75%</p></li></ul></div><p></p>
