Campaign Development<ul><li>
Partner with brand teams to design and execute influencer and social campaigns supporting product launches, entertainment releases, and fan engagement.</li><li>

In addition to master‑level systems and common elements, the Building Engineer oversees and coordinates maintenance work orders supporting both the Hotel and the Residential components ensuring timely response, proper prioritization, and effective communication with the respective management teams. 
 
Reporting to the Operations General Manager, the Building Engineer leads a team of maintenance professionals and plays a critical hands‑on and supervisory role in ensuring all systems operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with luxury standards, regulatory requirements, and Board‑approved priorities 
Your Responsibilities:

Regular attendance and punctuality</li><li>
Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building(s).</li><li>
Supervises, trains and directs maintenance staff through work orders.</li><li>
Plans, monitors, and appraises job results; coaches, counsels and disciplines employees.</li><li>
Assesses repair needs and estimated time needed for repair (including evaluating problems to determine if professional assistance or further instruction is needed to complete task/repair).</li><li>
Monitors the functions of service contractors and building repair and maintenance contractors.</li><li>
Inventories and acquisitions maintenance supplies.</li><li>
Maintains disaster preparedness by identifying potential problems, developing response plans, managing crises.</li><li>
On call availability for emergencies and projects as assigned by Manager.</li><li>
Schedules and assigns work responsibilities to employees to meet shift requirements.</li><li>
Requests materials, tools, and supplies needed for a job.</li><li>
Develops and maintains resource management plan which outlines short-term and long-term requirements for repair &amp; maintenance, capital replacement, and capital requirements.</li><li>
Maintains all fire protection and security systems, to include required maintenance, inspections, and documentation.</li><li>
Inspects all emergency equipment to ensure compliance.</li><li>
Records and evaluates preventive maintenance activities and programs.</li><li>
Oversees the construction, installation, and preventative maintenance of equipment.</li><li>
Observes/evaluates corrective maintenance or repair on equipment.</li><li>
Orients and trains employees to perform maintenance activities and tasks.</li><li>
Ensures highly efficient safety program, with emphasis on awareness, discipline, and compliance. Overall safety program to conform with OSHA standards, applicable building safety manual, and other safety venues as deemed appropriate</li><li>
Performs performance evaluations for all maintenance staff</li><li>
Supervises all administration relative to facility maintenance, including preparation of budgets, work schedules, goals and objectives, and purchase/requisition documents. Provides related management information products as requested</li><li>
Record and report all unusual and irregular conditions to the Manager.</li><li>
Maintain cordial, professional manner in dealing with residents, contractors, Management, etc.</li><li>
Ensure all equipment, supplies and materials are working neatly and orderly.</li><li>
All other duties as directed by the Board of Directors/Trustees or Management.</li></ul> 
Supervisory Responsibility:
On-site staff where applicable. 
Education &amp; Experience:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalency preferred. Technical background from university or vocational sources a plus.</li><li>
HVAC or other training or certification may be required</li><li>
Minimum 3 &ndash; 5 years&rsquo; experience in management of maintenance department or facility</li><li>
Knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry trades.</li><li>
Must be able to operate tools and equipment related to facility maintenance.</li><li>
Knowledgeable in the use of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint</li></ul>

Compensation:
$150,000 / annually
