The CRA will coordinate multiple food allergy research studies, including but not limited to randomized controlled interventional trials on biologics and fecal microbiota transplantation in food allergy, a food allergy biorepository, studies on novel biomarkers in food allergy. The applicant should be communicative, highly efficient and well-organized with excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently and harmoniously with the research team.

Role Overview</p><p><br>
The Office Coordinator is responsible for the smooth day-to-day operation of CEV&rsquo;s Boston Headquarters and our hybrid/remote team. This role focuses on site operations, scheduling, calendars, vendor coordination, and administrative execution, and serves as the first point of contact for many inbound needs.</p><p><br>
The Office Coordinator ensures that the entire office environment (both in-person and remotely) functions smoothly. This includes maintaining a welcoming and productive environment for team members, guests, and partners; coordinating logistics for meetings and events; and ensuring virtual and hybrid meetings are well organized and coordinated. The role supports executives and team members by managing shared calendars, scheduling meetings across multiple time zones, and assisting with travel coordination and expense processing across the team.</p><p><br>
This individual will also be responsible for liaising with the coworking space provider, IT and service vendors, and other partners to ensure smooth daily operations.
