The Associate Director, Hematology Regional Marketing (RMK)- East (Boston, New York, Philadelphia, Washington DC, Columbus) -role is a senior in-market position within the US Hematology/Cell Therapy commercial organization that will focus on commercial Thought Leader (TL) engagements to gain insights into regional opportunities, provide a bridge between regional markets and headquarters, regionally support the brand strategy, support promotional Speaker training and development, the execution of peer to peer educational programs, and support regional congress activity. 
 
Regional Marketer (RMK) will liaise with other field-based professionals, within approved SOPs, including but not limited to Field Medical, Sales (DBM &amp; RBDs), and US Value, Access &amp; Payment, in addition to home office-based colleagues in Marketing, Sales, US Value, Access &amp; Payment and Medical as appropriate.

Hematology/Cell Therapy Regional Marketing Specialist (RMK) Skills / Knowledge Required:

 REQUIREMENTS:
 
 * BA/BS degree in graphic design, visual communications, or a related field.
 
 * 7+ years of experience in design or art direction, preferably within an in-house creative team, agency, or brand-led organization.
 
 * Strong portfolio demonstrating exceptional design craft, strategic thinking, and the ability to develop compelling brand work across a range of formats and channels.
 
 * Proven experience leading design across multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining a high standard of quality and consistency.
 
 * Experience providing creative direction and actionable feedback to designers or other creative contributors.
 
 * Strong understanding of brand systems, campaign development, and digital design.

Job overview:
Our Senior Director, National Commercial and Medicare Account Management is accountable for building and leading the national payer Account Director team, responsible for driving formulary access and coverage for COMP360 across national and regional payers and PBMs across Commercial and Medicare channels, ahead of and through launch.
