Equity Compensation - Associate</b></h1>
<p>
We are seeking an experienced Equity Compensation Associate to support the administration, compliance, and reporting of the company's global equity compensation programs. This role will be responsible for managing day-to-day equity plan operations, maintaining equity systems, and partnering with HR, Legal, Payroll, and Finance to ensure accurate and compliant equity administration.</p>

The Base Salary Range for this role is $80,000-$110,000. This range is representative of the starting base salaries for this role at Clear Street. Where a candidate falls in this range will be based on job related factors such as relevant experience, skills, and location. This range represents Base Salary only, which is just one element of Clear Street's total compensation. The range stated does not include other factors of total compensation such as bonuses or equity.</p>

 The HR Generalist will serve as an HR Business partner and trusted resource to associates and people managers, primarily supporting the New York Buying Office. Operating in a generalist capacity, this role provides hands-on HR guidance across a range of areas including associate relations, manager coaching, policy interpretation, and day-to-day inquiries.

 With a strong focus on associate engagement and culture-building, the HR Generalist plays a key role in fostering a positive workplace environment and driving creative, people-centered solutions that contribute to organizational success.

 <br/>
 The base salary range for this role is $65,000 - $85,000. The base salary range is dependent on factors including, but not limited to, experience, skills, qualifications, relevant education, certifications, seniority, and location. The range listed is just one component of the total compensation package for employees. Other rewards vary by position and location.

  What You Will Do And What You Will Learn...
  <br/>
  <br/>

 <ul>
  <li>
   Provide HR support to assigned client group, including but not limited to: Investigating and resolving Associate concerns, providing guidance and coaching to managers on handling performance concerns
  </li>
  <li>
   You will also serve as key point of contact and counsel for Associates and Managers on a broad range of HR policies
  </li>
  <li>
   Act as trusted source of information and as counsellor to Associates, by playing a front-line role in answering HR questions and escalating issues as needed
  </li>
  <li>
   Proactively engage with Associates to arrive at strategies and actions that continue to elevate the Associate experience
  </li>
  <li>
   Analyze trends in turnover and make recommendations to mitigate future risks
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver training on how to write/ deliver performance reviews, as well as coaching and guidance to managers on giving performance-based feedback to their Associates
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage Associate Engagement events; plan, organize and execute events throughout the year to increase engagement and enhance experiences
  </li>
  <li>
   Manage communication for events utilizing company branding to drive Associate participation and maximize engagement
  </li>
  <li>
   Participate on SLAM teams, collaborate with LABO HR Team and foster ideas on how to elevate associate engagement opportunities for the short and long term - develop new ideas that support our commitment to culture and retain associates
  </li>
  <li>
   Provides guidance or direction to employees on all HR related policies, procedures and general questions in a timely manner (i.e. Payroll, Benefits/ Commuter and Time Off/ Leave of Absences etc.)
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with HR Operations, Benefits or Payroll teams to resolve escalated issues.
  </li>
  <li>
   Deliver training as required to Associates and Managers on using the Kronos ("MyTime") system to ensure that Associates are paid accurately
  </li>
  <li>
   Lead onboarding and offboarding of Associates - Manage Change of Status (COS) process to maintain accurate employee records and ensure final pay is delivered in compliance with State law
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with Workforce Planning and HR Operations teams to ensure Org Charts and PeopleSoft records are accurate and well maintained
  </li>
  <li>
   Meet with all New Hires during their Onboarding to check in and ensure a positive Associate experience. Flag any concerns or trends in feedback
  </li>
  <li>
   Partner with Leaders to ensure that New Hires are given all the necessary resources and feedback (i.e. 90-day Reviews) to ensure they are set up for success

  What You Need To Be Successful...

   Minimum of 2-5 years of exempt level Human Resources or related experience
  </li>
  <li>
   BA/BS required
  </li>
  <li>
   Strong communication skills (both oral and written)
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to exercise independent judgment and effective problem-solving skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to multi-task, independently prioritize and work well under the pressure of deadlines
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with others
  </li>
  <li>
   Proficiency at an intermediate to advanced level in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  </li>
