About the Role:

Lumonic, a subsidiary of PitchBook, is a private credit management platform founded and designed to automate reporting and compliance for private credit lenders. Its proprietary platform streamlines borrower financial data collection and verification, enabling investors to monitor compliance, covenant adherence, and financial health across their lending portfolios in real-time.

PitchBook's Account Executive (AEs) supports our Lumonic subsidiary and closes new business within the alternative investment industry. This full-cycle sales role requires an entrepreneurial approach to prospecting and relationship-building with leads coming from a variety of different channels. Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience supporting a sophisticated corporate practice including securities, governance, and other transactional matters. This is an in office position.  Key Responsibilities
 
 
 
 &bull; Advise public and private companies on Securities Act and Exchange Act compliance and related reporting obligations
 
 
 &bull; Draft and review SEC filings, including periodic reports and current reports, proxy statements, registration statements and Section 16 filings
 
 
 &bull; Counsel on corporate governance matters, board and committee processes, and disclosure controls and procedures
 
 
 &bull; Support capital markets transactions, including public offerings and private placements, and related due diligence
 
 
 &bull; Assist with M&amp;A and other strategic transactions involving securities and disclosure considerations
 
 
 &bull; Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers (e.g., auditors, underwriters, transfer agents) as needed
