  This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Lawyer at Sakar Law Firm, located in Istanbul. The Senior Lawyer will handle day-to-day tasks including contract drafting, contract negotiations, conducting in-depth legal research, providing legal advice, notification letters, managing litigation and dispute resolution matters and also specifically worked on employment law matters.

  Qualifications

   Minimum 8&ndash;10 years of experience as a practicing lawyer
  </li>

   Strong ability to manage complex cases independently and strategically
  </li>
  <li>
   Excellent negotiation, drafting, and legal research skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Ability to provide comprehensive legal advice and develop client-focused solutions
  </li>
  <li>
   Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  </li>
  <li>
   Experience working with both local and international clients
  </li>
  <li>
   High proficiency in English; additional language skills are a plus
  </li>
