Education and Experience:<ul><li>
High School Diploma.</li><li>
Customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare-related setting.</li><li>
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a front office associate/receptionist in a physician's office or hospital.</li><li>
Working knowledge of medical terminology and health care insurance.</li><li>
