Manage Work-In-Progress (WIP) using department-specific reports and software tools to ensure efficient workflow.</li><li>
Perform machine and buddy checks, product inspections, and maintain cleanliness standards through regular shift wipe downs.</li><li>
Monitor and resolve lot-related issues, including SWRs, recipe/tool discrepancies, high mean time at step, and hold lots.</li><li>
Track bottlenecks and prioritize key workstations to meet production and ship gap targets.</li><li>
Maintain accurate machine logs and lot tracking data; ensure proper documentation and system updates.</li><li>
Conduct SPC checks, monitor post-inspection results, and enter detailed comments when limits are exceeded.</li><li>
Support procedural updates, training initiatives, and continuous improvement activities in collaboration with engineering.</li><li>
Communicate effectively during passdowns, maintain safety compliance, and manage time to meet operational goals.</li></ul>
Minimum Requirements:<ul><li>
High school diploma or equivalent.</li><li>
Basic understanding of manufacturing operations and procedures.</li><li>
Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts (3 on/4 off and 4 on/3 off) and be willing to move to different shifts and work overtime to support business operations.</li><li>
Stand for long periods, walk several miles per shift, lift 25&ndash;40 lbs occasionally, and perform tasks requiring bending, crouching, or kneeling while navigating safely over uneven terrain or within confined spaces to perform job duties effectively.</li></ul>
Preferred Requirements:<ul><li>
AAS or AS Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Science, Physics, Mathematics, or Supply Chain Management (or equivalent trade school/military experience).</li><li>

Micron is seeking a motivated, detail-focused Process Quality Technician to ensure the integrity of cleanroom environments and support advanced manufacturing operations. In this role, you will monitor, maintain, calibrate, and troubleshoot systems and instruments essential to contamination control&mdash;such as Ultra-Pure Water (UPW) systems, chemical delivery equipment, fab ambient controls, process tools, and wafer environments.
Your responsibilities will include applying established principles and techniques related to cleanroom design, airflow dynamics, filtration, AMC control, ESD prevention, ionization, particle counting, analytical testing, and the calibration and upkeep of associated instrumentation. You will work closely with shift MDE teams, Operations, Facilities, Gas/Chemical Technicians, Engineers, and leadership to minimize production impact and maintain a stable manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:<ul><li>
Finish the required safety training and follow Micron safety policies carefully. Use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times. Handle gases and chemicals safely in controlled environments. Stop working immediately upon noticing any unsafe conditions.</li><li>
Oversee the performance and reliability of contamination control systems, including cleanroom, UPW, chemical delivery, and process tool environments.</li><li>
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in complex instrumentation and equipment, using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.</li><li>
Complete detailed preventative maintenance on highly technical facilities equipment to improve uptime and system stability.</li><li>

 Essential Responsibilities: 
1. Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service, as well as preventative maintenance on the property by diagnosing the source or cause of the defect or problem, and making repairs in accordance with established policies, procedures, safety standards, and code requirements.
2. Completes the &ldquo;make-ready&rdquo; process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins by completing the pre-move-out inspection, creating a &ldquo;punch&rdquo; list of maintenance work needed, scheduling vendors and contractors as needed, obtaining needed supplies and materials, completing all maintenance tasks, and inspecting completed work.
3. Follows procedures for accessing and obtaining materials, supplies, equipment, tools, and other items from the property&rsquo;s maintenance department by tracking inventory used, returning unused items to the established location, and notifying the maintenance supervisor about re-ordering needs.
4. Completes documentation and other paperwork in a timely, accurate, and complete fashion so that service requests can be appropriately documented and tracked.
5. Assists in maintaining the grounds, common areas, and amenities by picking up trash and debris, pressure-washing breezeways and pool areas, performing general cleaning, and painting curbs and signage as needed.
6. Supports cost-cutting and expense control programs by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible, not being wasteful with materials and supplies, and practicing the correct use for tools and equipment. 
 Other Responsibilities: 
1. Complies with Greystar&rsquo;s safety and risk-management policies by attending and participating in the property&rsquo;s routine safety meetings, completing required training on OSHA and other safety related laws and requirements, and by reporting accidents and incidents promptly and accurately.
