Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Define and drive product strategy for assigned squads</li><li>Translate FMCG customer needs into technical requirements</li><li>Prioritize features balancing customer value, technical feasibility, and business impact</li><li>Own the roadmap from data ingestion through AI-powered insights</li><li>Define success metrics and measure product impact</li><li>Collaborate with engineering on technical architecture decisions</li><li>Work with FDEs to gather customer feedback and validate solutions</li><li>Drive adoption of agentic and conversational capabilities</li><li>Coordinate cross-squad dependencies and integrations</li><li>Present product vision to stakeholders and customers</li></ul><p><b><br>
Required Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>5+ years of product management experience in B2B or DaSS software</li><li>Strong technical background with ability to engage in architecture discussions</li><li>Experience with data products, analytics platforms, or AI/ML products</li><li>Understanding of both technical and non-technical user needs</li><li>Proven track record of successful product launches</li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills</li><li>Data-driven decision making with strong analytical skills</li><li>Experience with agile development methodologies</li></ul><p><b><br>
Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>FMCG industry expertise</li><li>Experience with platform products and developer tools</li><li>Knowledge of AI agents and conversational interfaces</li><li>Background in data engineering or data science</li><li>Experience with enterprise software sales cycles</li><li>Understanding of data monetization strategies</li></ul><p><b><br>
