</li><li><p>Coordinate and organize marketing events, presentations, and outreach efforts.</p>
</li><li><p>Collaborate with community partners such as Departments of Aging, palliative care providers, and faith-based communities to support coordinated care.</p>
</li><li><p>Work closely with LifeBridge Health and Carroll Hospital&rsquo;s Physician and Provider Relations departments.</p>
</li><li><p>Ensure communication of relevant updates and information to internal teams for action.</p>

<ul><li><p><b>Education:</b> Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in Nursing, Marketing, or a related field preferred.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Experience:</b> Previous healthcare experience required.</p>
</li><li><p><b>Licensure:</b> Registered Nurse (RN) License in Maryland or eligibility to obtain Maryland licensure is preferred.</p>
