RESPONSIBILITIES<ul><li>
Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons</li><li>
Interact with customers, take orders and serve snacks and drinks</li><li>
Assess customers&rsquo; needs and preferences and make recommendations</li><li>
Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails</li><li>
Plan and present bar menu</li><li>
Check customers&rsquo; identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age</li><li>
Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies</li><li>
Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience</li><li>
Comply with all food and beverage regulations</li><li>
Greet guests in a timely manner and take orders</li><li>
Process cash and credit card transactions following appropriate procedures</li><li>
Maintain a safe and clean environment for guests and team</li><li>
Monthly liquor inventory</li><li>
Inventory variance analysis</li><li>
Order all liquor product</li><li>
Order bar sundries &ndash; ice, garnishes, bar mixers</li><li>
Inventory efficiency &ndash; ensure all product has application and purpose</li><li>
Invoice processing</li><li>
Receive and stock liquor product</li><li>
Liquor room - cleanliness and organization</li></ul>
REQUIREMENTS:<ul><li>
The position requires at least 3 years of experience in the desired job</li><li>
Must be able to stand/walk for 8 hours; bend, push, pull; lift 30 lbs.</li><li>
Ability to work on-site for assigned schedule including nights, weekends and holidays</li><li>
Ability to operate point-of-sales system accurately and efficiently</li><li>
Deep knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, wine, beer and proper technique</li><li>
Proficient in computer skills including POS systems, Word and Excel.</li><li>
Experience in high-volume restaurants is a plus.</li></ul>
