<li>Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment.</li>
<li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li>
<li>Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.</li>
<li>Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and scheduling/project management systems.</li>

<p><b>Compensation &amp; Benefits</b></p>

<li>Salary range: <b>$65,000 &ndash; $75,000</b> commensurate with experience. This is an exempt position.</li>
<li>Boston Center for the Arts offers 4 weeks of paid time off, and 2 weeks of additional paid administrative closure.</li>

<li>This is primarily an in-person position with 1 work-from-home day per week + a bank of remote days to use throughout the year.</li>

Boston Harbor Hotel is seeking an experienced, passionate, and innovative hospitality professional to join our Food &amp; Beverage team as a <b>Lead Mixologist</b>. This leadership role is responsible for elevating guest experience through exceptional beverage service, creativity, and mentorship. The Lead Mixologist serves as a role model for the bar team by demonstrating expert knowledge of spirits, wines, beers, and cocktails while maintaining the highest luxury service standards.</div><div></div><div><br>

The primary responsibilities for the <b>Lead Mixologist </b>include, but are not limited to:</div><br>

Assist with greeting guests, creating a good first impression for the guest experience.</li><li>
Completion of all opening and closing side work.</li><li>
Design, develop, and execute seasonal and specialty cocktail menus that align with the hotel's luxury brand.</li><li>
Full knowledge and descriptions of all wines, liquors and beers in the restaurant, and be able to effectively make recommendations.</li><li>
Ensure all cocktails are prepared consistently to established recipes and presentation standards.</li><li>
Train, mentor, and coach bartenders on recipes, techniques, luxury service standards, and product knowledge.</li><li>
Ability to make specialty cocktails and add inspiration to new menus.</li><li>
Service of cocktails, wine and champagne in accordance with safe alcohol service standards.</li><li>
Serve guests of the bar area efficiently, and with complete knowledge of food and beverage menus.</li><li>
Monitor beverage quality, presentation, and consistency throughout each shift.</li><li>
Receive Server orders, issue wines, mix drinks and keep proper control points.</li><li>
Meet and exceed all guest requests and expectations with a professional attitude.</li><li>
Ensure compliance with all safe alcohol service policies and applicable state and local regulations.</li><li>
Ensure the bar is kept clean and in good order throughout the evening.</li><li>
Adhering to the proper cash handling procedure including tip reporting, due backs, and bank.</li><li>
Provide the highest service standards possible to all guests.</li><li>
