Key Responsibilities
Leadership
<ul><li>Lead and support bartenders, servers, and food runners during assigned shifts.

<ul><li>Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and brand standards.

</li></ul><ul><li>Accurately take food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system.
</li></ul><ul><li>Verify guest age and ensure responsible alcohol service.
</li></ul><ul><li>Handle cash, credit card transactions, and daily reconciliation procedures.
</li></ul><ul><li>Promote menu items, specials, and beverage offerings to increase sales.
</li></ul>Operations
<ul><li>Assist with opening and closing procedures.
</li></ul><ul><li>Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of all service and bar areas.
</li></ul><ul><li>Monitor inventory levels and communicate replenishment needs.
</li></ul><ul><li>Support banquet and special event operations as needed.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ensure compliance with Hilton brand standards and local health department requirements.</li></ul></div>
 <div>Qualifications
<ul><li>Minimum 2 years of bartending and serving experience required.
</li></ul><ul><li>Previous lead, supervisor, or team leadership experience preferred.
</li></ul><ul><li>Strong knowledge of beer, wine, spirits, and cocktail preparation.
</li></ul><ul><li>Excellent guest service and conflict-resolution skills.
</li></ul><ul><li>Experience using POS systems and handling cash transactions.
</li></ul><ul><li>Ability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
