As a My Wireless Retail Assistant Store Manager you will be expected to:<br/></p><p>Meet and exceed personal performance goals and AT&amp;T standards of performance<br/>Execute and exceed on all sales and operation initiatives in a timely manner<br/>Assist the Retail Store Manager in maintaining location operations, staffing, inventory, and appearance<br/>Assist the Retail Store Manager in the development, training, and management of team members<br/>Helping customers make buying decisions by delivering outstanding customer service<br/>Training and developing your skills to become a top My Wireless Retail Store Manager when the opportunity presents itself<br/>Maintain a fun, clean and exciting work environment for customers and team members<br/>Work as a team member so together you exceed person and team goals<br/>Participate in marketing activities designed to maximize your selling opportunities each day<br/></p><p>My Wireless requires the following Qualifications to be considered for the role of a My Wireless Assistant Retail Store Manager:<br/></p><p>Management experience in a similar field (Required), preferably in the Wireless Industry<br/>Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment (Required)<br/>Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)<br/>Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)<br/>Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)<br/>Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)<br/>Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)<br/>Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)<br/>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree (Preferred)<br/>Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)<br/>Experience prospecting through outbound calls. (Preferred)<br/>Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent.
