SUMMARY OF THE ROLE</b></div><div></div><div><p><br>
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Finance, this position will provide financial analysis to aid in the organization's capital raising efforts. The successful candidate will play an important role in the company&rsquo;s financing for various phases of the Rio Grande LNG (RGLNG) facility. You will be required to conduct financial modeling and manage associated assumptions/inputs for the Corporate Finance team. In addition, you will assist in matters related to treasury/cash management for RGLNG and NextDecade including but not limited to the preparation of cash settlements/reports, interest rate analysis/tracking, borrowing packages, and compliance tracking.</p>

<li>Perform high-volume data entry to support sales operations, including registering Customer Value Agreements (CVAs) and maintaining accurate system records</li>
<li>Run and distribute standard reports to support internal performance tracking and Caterpillar metrics</li>
<li>Support management of Cat Sales Excellence metrics, including OLGA, Connectivity/Condition Monitoring, and incremental STUs</li>
<li>Process equipment orders and support inventory tracking and administrative management of equipment records</li>
<li>Assist with invoicing and ensure accurate billing documentation is maintained</li>
<li>Identify opportunities to improve internal administrative processes and implement operational efficiencies within the sales support function</li>
<li>Key Requirements:</li>
<li>Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Business Administration, Management, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field strongly preferred</li>
<li>Minimum of 2 years of industry-related or administrative support experience</li>
<li>Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)</li>
<li>Strong customer service background with a collaborative mindset</li>
<li>Professional verbal and written communication skills</li>
<li>Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized</li>

This position will support our business users, participate in all relevant changes management activities, and overall service delivery and customer satisfaction.
