Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented BIM Coordinator &ndash; Landscape to join our team! In this role, you will get to support landscape design teams by coordinating BIM processes and ensuring project deliverables align with client requirements and industry standards.
What You'll Be Doing:
<ul><li>Act as the primary BIM point of contact for landscape design teams, ensuring smooth coordination of BIM models across disciplines.
</li><li>Develop, manage, and maintain detailed landscape BIM models using Revit and Civil 3D at various Levels of Development (LOD 100-350).

</li><li>M inimum 12 years of proven experience in BIM coordination for landscape or multidisciplinary design projects.

The Design Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the coordination and integration of multi disciplinary design inputs to ensure that the project is delivered in accordance with client requirements, design standards, and program timelines.

Coordinate between different design disciplines (Civil, structural, MEP, landscape, etc.) to ensure integrated design delivery.</li><li>
Support the Design Manager in managing the design process from concept to IFC stages.</li><li>

Assist in managing comments from clients, authorities, and other stakeholders, ensuring they are logged, addressed, and closed in a timely manner.</li><li>
Organize and document design coordination meetings, workshops, and technical reviews.</li><li>

Collaborate with BIM teams to ensure coordination and clash resolution across disciplines.</li><li>
Ensure design outputs meet regulatory requirements and align with project objectives.</li><li>
Maintain the design documentation, including drawings, registers, and correspondence using information management platforms.</li><li>
