We are seeking an energetic, motivated, and innovative <b>Scrum Master</b> to support program delivery and drive Agile excellence. The role involves working closely with program teams, stakeholders, and cross-functional units to manage, maintain, and optimize project execution and service delivery.<br>
The Scrum Master will play a critical role in ensuring successful Agile implementation, improving team performance, and delivering high-quality solutions.
<p></p><b>Key Responsibilities</b><br>
<b>1. Agile Ceremony Facilitation</b>
<ul><li>Facilitate Agile ceremonies including:
<ul><li>Daily Stand-ups
</li><li>Sprint Planning
</li><li>Backlog Refinement
</li><li>Sprint Reviews &amp; Retrospectives
</li></ul></li><li>Participate in Scrum of Scrums and sprint demonstrations
</li><li>Track and share Agile metrics; drive continuous improvement
</li></ul><p></p><b>2. Planning &amp; Backlog Management</b>
<ul><li>Ensure team understanding of:
<ul><li>Sprint goals, scope, and product domain
</li><li>Definition of Ready (DoR) and Definition of Done (DoD)
</li></ul></li><li>Collaborate with Product Owner to:
<ul><li>Maintain a healthy backlog
</li><li>Prepare stories for upcoming sprints
</li><li>Define acceptance criteria
</li></ul></li><li>Support release planning and roadmap alignment
</li></ul><p></p><b>3. Team Support &amp; Coordination</b>
<ul><li>Foster collaboration, transparency, and effective communication
</li><li>Remove blockers and impediments impacting team progress
</li><li>Act as a shield to protect the team from external disruptions
</li><li>Facilitate cross-team coordination and dependency tracking
</li><li>Promote a proactive, experimental, and continuous improvement mindset
</li><li>Build high-performing teams and manage interpersonal dynamics
</li></ul><p></p><b>4. Stakeholder Communication</b>
<ul><li>Communicate progress, risks, and impediments to stakeholders
</li><li>Ensure alignment between internal teams and external dependencies
</li><li>Coordinate with technical teams for:
<ul><li>Environment setup
</li><li>Code deployments
</li><li>Production releases
</li></ul></li></ul><p></p><b>5. Coaching &amp; Agile Leadership</b>
<ul><li>Coach teams on Agile and Scrum principles
</li><li>Drive Agile maturity across teams
</li><li>Encourage innovation, collaboration, and knowledge sharing
</li><li>Support practices like:
<ul><li>Cross-functional training
</li><li>Pair programming
</li></ul></li><li>Identify strengths and areas of improvement within the team
</li></ul><p></p><b>Required Qualifications</b>
<ul><li>Bachelor&rsquo;s degree with <b>5+ years</b> of relevant experience<br>
<i>(or Master&rsquo;s degree with 3+ years of experience)</i>
</li><li><b>5+ years of experience as a Scrum Master</b>
</li><li>Proven experience driving Agile transformation and adoption
</li><li>Certification:
<ul><li>Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or
</li><li>PMI-ACP (or equivalent)
</li></ul></li><li>Hands-on experience with tools like:
<ul><li>JIRA
</li><li>Confluence
</li></ul></li><li>Strong communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills
</li><li>Excellent time management and problem-solving ability
</li><li>High attention to detail and delivery focus
</li></ul><p></p><b>Preferred Qualifications</b>
<ul><li>Background in software development or IT projects
</li><li>Experience working with cross-functional teams
</li><li>Familiarity with:
<ul><li>SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework)
</li><li>CMMI Level 4 concepts
</li></ul></li><li>Exposure to SDLC roles (developer, tester, analyst, etc.)
</li><li>Knowledge of:
<ul><li>Test Automation
</li><li>CI/CD
